Horrible experience. My fiance went in for neck pain, the doctor did not examine her. He also made rude comments to where patients sitting in the lobby could here him. She also has had bad cramps not sure if she is pregnant or not, he claimed it was nothing serious and he was just going to "write" it off as nothing bad. He did not even check her neck, she hurt it in the fall and was not sure if arthritist or not. He claimed it was just a muscle strain. He was going to give her script which she did not want, but he made rude comments to her like "well if you have someone to rub your neck for you than there is nothing more that I can do for you." He also kept pacing the room instead of giving her direct eye contact while talking to her. He also started talking about her file before he got into the room my fiance was in. All in all, myself nor my fiance will be coming back to this clinic, I would rather wait four to five hours in the emergency room with her to make sure actual tests get done, and make sure we are actually given a dignoise. I advise anyone if you are in pain or do not feel well go to a different clinic. This place is no good. Anyone who goes here will not be satisfied.

I went to this clinic 12/08/14 for a sore throat & flu like symptoms the doctor referred me to the Er. Did not check me for bacteria to give antibiotics just told me he thinks I have gerd which I dont i have had recent blood work and tests.I have a bacterial infection they would not give me antibiotics to help. So now im already limited income I cant afford to pay this place who did not help me at all the doctor was in and out you should go to the er.The office manger was no help at all I will never go to this place again I work in healthcare everyone else that came in for sore throats got antibiotics. Yet me i get a in and out doctor who did not even check for bacteria I dont have gerd its called menstural cramps. Worst exp of my life

Horrible service. I walked up to the counter and the lady had a bad attitude right off bat and denied my insurance because i didnt have my card, but i had the numbers and she said the numbers were enough, but she wont because she thought i was trying to fraud my insurance. My name will pop up with my insurance with my ID that i had on me, but i understand "policy", and im not going to make a scene, but why look for an excuse to turn me away when im someone who needs stitches, not some burnout looking for a vikodin prescription. First time going in there. Never going there again.

I went to this clinic because it was the weekend and I couldnt get into my regular doctor. the facility itself is not the greatest, but the people who work there are friendly and do a great job, I was seen quickly, and the physician I saw was very thorough, took his time, and seemed to actually care. positive experience, correct diagnosis and treatment. couldnt ask for much more.

I went to the clinic because Id fallen off a hammock and injured my tailbone and was in a lot of pain. The doctor was just wonderful, and did a thorough exam. He was very knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I am so glad I went because it is a relief to know nothing is real seriously wrong. Thanks so much, everyone!

Horrible, ghetto place. Doesnt deserve one star. The doctor showed up about 2 hours late, Didnt do proper testing on my boyfriend, and he isnt even better yet! He may have to go to the ER now. Dont waste your time. The "Doctor" also told my boyfriend she was sick too. She probably shouldnt be working then!!!!!

I went to the clinic today @ 11:30am and the hours of operation for a Saturday are 10am-10pm. Those same hours are mentioned when you call on the phone. There was no one there. The lights were all off, there was no sign on the door. This is extremely frustrating when you already feel terrible.

The staff has always been friendly and the doctors are as thorough as would be expected. We have typically gone here when weve needed assistance with a sinus or ear infection etc. The wait time has never been long either.
