*third edit* My first review of was all accolades My second review was less than stellar. My third review is gleaming because literally minutes after I posted the second, Dr Besty personally called me and made sure my situation was handled properly. If I could rate them 6/5 stars, I would. Because it is unrealistic to expect any human to be infallible. What is most important to me is that mistakes are quickly identified and rectified. Im really excited to continue our relationship because I have always felt comfortable with her expertise and quality of care. Dr Betsy is taking time out of her lunch to see my cat on an emergency basis. I really cannot stress enough how the weight on my shoulders has been lifted. If youre a hover parent like me, its hard to be comfortable with choices like these but I feel completely confident my cat will receive excellent care.

Okay, we have bounced around from vet to vet, going 40 minutes to an hour out of our way just to find a decent facility. This place just opened down the street from my house its like a 5 minute walk, and they are honestly the best vet I have ever been to. I have finally found my forever vet. I love how I was even able to get a same day appointment. The vet and vet techs are all amazing! I actually WANT to take my dog here and I dont fear or dread making an appointment. I actually look forward to my pets 6 month checkup. Great experience for both the pet and pet owner.

Most amazing vet. We have multiple cats/dogs. We recently moved to Royal Oak and initially went to a veterinary clinic on main street in Royal Oak. Hilton Vet Clinic has amazing Vet and staff and is only a couple blocks further. Best Vet we have ever had after moving many times. I hesitate to give such a good review as we dont want her to get too busy. We also love we can get appointments in a reasonable time frame when pets sick.

Best veterinary experience I have ever had each time, I no longer dread the stress i did in the past. and I have been going to veterinarians for the past 30 or so years. we look forward to going each time. I originally meant to return to my older cats vet after I got my new kittens checked out here on their adoption day. BUT everyone here is so caring and went the extra mile to get my new kittens healthy, Ill happily drive 30min+ to come here for all 3 of my cats. I highly recommend these guys!!!

Very friendly staff. The vet, Dr. Betsy, is wonderful and highly knowledgeable. Spent much more time with us and our animals than other vets. Prices are reasonable for the very high level of service and care provider. Would not go any other place in the area.

Friendly, well-run, reasonably priced, and prompt with their appointments. Thankfully I havent had any emergencies with my pup but I feel very comfortable with Dr. Schnur and her staff as my local vet.
