I went here today because my baby rabbits were sick and long story short everything was great except for the nurse or whoever was in the room next to me and made fun of my rabbit names and said I just whipped them out of my ass but Im not sure if everyone would be completely able to name off all of their rabbits off the top of their head after 8 of them got so sick that 5 died in two days might I also mention this wasnt even five minutes after the vet and I put one down. So screw you for saying I have no love to even name my pet those names have been there since day one. Peter Paul Phil Patricia peggi pheonix penelope and Paris get with it or get lost.

Been using Norton Road Veterinary Hospital for several year for our 2 cats and 3 bunnies. They seem very knowledgable and experienced, especially with our bunnies (vets with bunny experience are hard to find). The vets and staff are always friendly and understand that our pets are family. They also understand the dilemma of wanting the best for our pets vs. financial limitations and do their best to present all options. We expect to keep using them for as long as we live in the Columbus area.

I could write all day about this animal hospital. Ive been to MANY vet clinics, hospitals, etc. I grew up in central Ohio and Norton is by far, the best one I have found thus far. They beat everyone in terms of cost, appointment scheduling, friendliness of staff and their knowledge. The fact that they also are equipped to handle exotics is a huge bonus for us since we also have small pocket pets and rabbits. They are also willing to work with local rescues and our fosters as needed.

Ive had pets for decades and Ive never had such an outstanding veterinary hospital. Their staff is absolutely wonderful, so caring, helpful and VERY knowledgeable. I found them because I lived right down the street and they were first to come up on Google. I am so very grateful. Ive since moved to the other side of the city and they are the thing I miss the absolute most. If time allows I still go back for nail trims and non-emergency needs. I just adore this office!

Ive had multiple cats & my oldest is 12 years old & has been seen by Dr. Logan since 2004. My experience with this clinic has been very good. The staff are always polite & professional. An invoice summary is given before services are rendered. My only issue is the cost which is high since I live on a limited income but Im sure most independent clinics are. I hope this is helpful to those who take the time to read this review.

I love this vet. I have had 4 pets, and fully trust all the Drs and staff here. They are caring, and their compassion is obvious. Jana at the front desk makes me feel better after just explaining things. They are kind, knowledgeable, compassionate professionals. Thank you for all youve done for my babies!

The staff at Norton are the greatest. They got us in same day for an emergency and spent far longer with us than I anticipated. Each person we dealt with was amazing, friendly and VERY kind to my two pets. I have recommended them to many others and will continue to do so!

I wont take my pups anywhere else. Docs and staff are wonderful. They truly make an effort to get to know you and your pets needs. They dont pressure you into needless labs or procedures either. Just a great vet hospital all around!
