We took our cat there because his lip and paw pad were swollen, we thought it could be an allergy or maybe a sprain/fracture. We were told it probably isnt an allergy so we scheduled an appointment to get an x-ray. We were told the bill would be around $250 and we could drop him off after work. We they called to confirm the appointment they told us their radiologist is only there early in the morning and he cant eat the night prior, so my gf has to take an hour lunch to drive back to the house and drop our cat off. She calls after work to see if hes ready to be picked and they tell her they havent even started yet, so they keep him for over 24 hrs and Im assuming didnt feed him because he ate like crazy when he got home. My gf went and got him and the bill came to about $600 and theyd have most of the test results by the next day because the vet was busy at that time. We call them the next day to see if the test results were ready and reception gave us attitude and said they werent ready yet and theyd contact us. 3-5 days go by and they call us to say that they think he has allergies. Pretty terrible experience.

Dr. Bowles and her team saved the life of my feline. My cat was hospitalized for over a week in this facility. They were so good to her and made sure she was always comfortable. Even the resident kitties made sure she felt welcome. They really care about animals and have extensive knowledge.

Staff and DVMs are amazing. Weve been taking all of my families pets here for 20+ years. Reasonably priced and always willing to help over the phone if possible. Cant recommend them enough.
