I began seeing Dr. Hill after being treated like a number at a larger nearby clinic. Ive been a client of Fenwick for 10 years now and am always happy with the care. Dr. Hill always takes time to research whatever issue has come up and it is evident that my pets health is the top priority. Even though it is a small clinic, I can get in to see the doc on short notice if I have an urgent issue. The level of service is uncommon to find outside of small town clinic--personal, patient and reasonably priced. It may not be the most modern looking office, but quality of care is top notch.

I just moved out of state and I miss Dr. Hill so much. They really care about your pets and will even call the next day to check on them if they had an emergency. They take time and are extremely gentle. After dealing with another vet at a large clinic, I appreciate him even more. I also agree with everything the other review says.

Dear "L"., I have dealt with many vet clinics & have even worked for one (not Fenwick). Dr. Hill & his staff are THEE most compassionate, caring & thoughtful Veterinarian group I have ever met. They watched over my cat, Scout, for 14 yrs... I could never consider using ANY other Veterinarian than he & his staff.

Fenwick Animal is the best animal hospital in Kentucky. The staff is great and their St. Matthews location is convenient for anyone in the area. Dr. Hill is always thorough and I never feel rushed. Both Doctors Hill and Myers are really good. They treat your pets with love and care, even though our dog is pretty unruly and crazy. The staff there are outstanding; they love pets and are very loving. I have to say that the clinic is professional and efficient at the same time. Fenwick rocks!

They dont clip the nails short enough so you have to go in every 2 to 3 weeks. When I take my dog and somewhere else to get her nails trimmed, I only have to take her every six weeks. Also, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Ive taken my Oscar there since he was a pup. He always receives the best care at a fair price. They even call to check up on him! The employees are animal lovers, enjoy their jobs, and provide excellent customer service!

Theyre very nice here last visit was hard because my dogs werent excited to get blood taken for heartworm tests but the vets assistant was so sweet with my dogs all went very well. always does.
