Ive had neurological problems all my life and have been to chiropractors in the past, however, the people who work here will add insult to injury! The receptionist lady who works there was extremely rude to me from the very beginning! Does your back hurt? The chiropractor there will do the very minimum to help your back. Also beware of the receptionist lady shes extremely rud! Theyre a bunch of greedy op & will go to any length to collect money off of your health problems! I dealt with all of their bullshit because I told them that my recent back injury is directly a result from a crime! Which you would think theyd be more sympathetic towards but NO way! They were constantly asking me about lawyers and were bullshitting with my insurance company telling me they cannot bill Medicare directly because it happened as a result of a crime?!?! Stfu! Quit lying! Youre all just REALLY really greedy people! I just went to a REAL chiropractor and he fixed my back up perfectly in less than 5 minutes! I should call the health department and have them make sure you have a valid license to practice as a chiropractor! I did everything you asked me to do in order to make sure that you got paid through my insurance company (quit bullshitting about the billing btw!) I filled out for crime victims compensation so I sure as hell hope you get compensated! Ive called my insurance and reported you for fraud by the way and dont think I didnt keep my receipts and the bills you sent me! Youre a bunch of frauds! Buh bye!

My experience at Arnold Chiropractic Clinic was a Big Thumbs Up!! The office was clean, the staff courteous and friendly and the doctor warm and unintimidating. I must mention that I was able to fill out all the required forms ahead of time online and request a check on my insurance benefits as I was unsure. They got back to me in a timely fashion and told me what my chiropractic benefits were. I made my appointment and was seen within five minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Arnold was very thorough in gathering my medical history as well as my job and daily activities. This, he explained, may help him in getting to the root of my back problem. X-rays were taken and I viewed a couple of DVDs on chiropractic that were very informative. I went through a number of physical tests and then received my back adjustment. Id say 50% of the pain was gone!! Dr. Arnold told me that the adjustment went well and that regular visits may very well get me back to normal (no pain). He said that I had a pinched nerve due to a subluxation of the lower spine. Im glad I saw those videos as I now understood what that meant! After demonstrating some exercises on me to help keep my back in shape and coaching me on proper lifting techniques I was ready to check out. My next series of appointments were scheduled and I was out of the office feeling better and looking forward to my next adjustment. I am very thankful for a skilled chiropractor and a wonderful staff! Thank You!!!

Untruthful. Upon my first visit he insisted that I get X-Rays that I later found out were unnecessary from another professional. I have a leg length discrepancy of about 13mm which is negligible from having sub-clinical scoliosis. He tells me from my previous X-Rays that my uneven leg length is causing my scoliosis which is in fact a lie since it is the complete opposite. My hips arent completely parallel from the scoliosis which is what causes my legs to appear as if they are slightly different lengths. Before I even know it hes already preparing $350 orthotics he says I need and basically says under his breath on the way out of the room "Im not sure if youre insurance will cover it though." Concerned with my health I wasted hundreds of dollars on this visit for something that he knew would not benefit me and werent even related to the issues I came there for in the first place. I suggest you look elsewhere for help with your spinal issues.

Ive been going to Arnold Chiropractic for several years now and would highly recommend this office to everyone regardless of the severity of your symptoms. Dr. Arnold is an expert in chiropractic care and not only will he zero in on where you have problems, he also has a good sense of what body mechanics caused the problem. Whats great about him is that he really takes time with his patients - you arent just a number. Hell take time to answer any questions you have, explain what changes you can make in your day-day activities to prevent onset of symptoms and injuries and work through exercises to prevent problems. He and his office staff are very friendly and the office is always clean and neat. Ive visited several chiropractors in the past but I think Ive found the best!!!

This was my first visit to a chiropractor ever and was astonished with the service I received. I was a walk-in client that was experiencing back pain and what felt like a broken rib from being tackled unexpectedly months prior to my visit. After dealing with pain for so long, I decided to get my back looked at. After taking X-rays of my back, doctor Arnold told me that I have scoliosis. He then proceeded to explain exercises and habits that I should use to help mitigate the curvature of my spine. He also explained that because of how my spine was curved and that my spine being out of alignment was causing the pain in my rib. After being adjusted, the pain in my rib is gone and most of my back pain has subdued. I highly recommend him as your potential future chiropractor!

I recommend Dr. Arnold to all my friends and family. I train in martial arts and over the years have developed pain and decreased range of motion in my neck and shoulders. I was able to get an appointment easily. Dr Arnold explained chiropractic benefits in an simple to understand manor and within a few treatments, I was able to move my head from side to side. He gave me some exercises do at home to strengthen and stretch my neck muscles. I continue to follow up with Dr. Arnold, 1-2 x a month to maintain comfort and movement and so that he can fix anything else I might do myself as I continue my martial arts training.

Ive seen a few Chiropractors in the past and wish I would have known about Dr Arnold first. I went to Dr Arnold for severe neck and upper back pain and walked out with almost no pain at all after my visit. He got me in quick without having a prior appointment. While other chiropractors only spent about 5 minutes on me at any given time... he spent at least 30 minutes adjusting me. He figured out what was causing my pain and gave me corrective actions to fix the problem. No surgery or pain meds for this guy. Fix the problem not the symptoms. Highly recommend him for any back or neck pain treatment!

AWESOME ! Super friendly, very clean office, always on time. I choose Brian A. Arnold because he was so close to my house and they have excellent hours. I have been to a couple chiros is in the past and he is by far the BEST ! He uses a couple of different techniques that I love...moist heat compress, hand massage. I always feel better coming out of the office. I also have a small child and they have a play area in the waiting room with toys that always keeps him occupied... Would recommend this chiropractor to anyone and everyone. :)
