Looking to get laser eye surgery? Oh it’s worth it, truly. But first, you’re about to have the surface of your eye cut away with a knife. It’s going to get zapped and you’re going to smell it when it does. You’re going to go through a month of tedious recovery. You’re going to spend thousands of your hard-earned money. WHY WOULD YOU POSSIBLY SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN PERFECTION??? Dr. Haddad is, in all aspects, the definition of perfection in this arena. Through the entire process, Dr. Haddad and his team instilled confidence in both my decision to get LASEK and in his team to be the ones that do it. I did a good deal of shopping around, simply nobody compared. This place is the real deal, and you’ll know this from the moment you come in for a consultation, where they invest a significant deal of time and money into just helping you understand if their office is the right one for you. My consultation appointment blew other offices clear out of the water. They gave me 2 hours of their time, ran a smattering of tests, and put all my questions to bed. Other offices just had me watch a stupid video and conducted a lame eye exam like you’d get at the DMV. When you tour their office, you’ll be impressed by the serious amount of next-level equipment they have on site. I’m not saying pick this place out-right. You need to do your research, this is a big decision. What I AM saying is that EVERY place you go to will claim they have the best of everything – and my guess is that once you dig in and verify these claims, you’ll find Dr. Haddad’s office proves out to be one of the offices that was really telling the truth, I ended up with 20/10 vision after all and no complications. Also, as a quick side note, Dr. Haddad is just a cool stand-up guy. The kind you’d be happy to hang out and have a beer with. This has no bearing on his ability to fix your eyes, but it is a definite factor in how comfortable you’ll be going here. THANK YOU DR. HADDAD AND LASER EYE INSTITUTE!

I came to the Laser Eye Institute on Friday for a LASIK consultation and I am VERY please with the entire experience. I was impressed the moment I walked in. The office is beautifully decorated and well-kept, Nico who performed all of the initial tests was very friendly and made the whole process very enjoyable, which says a lot for having your eyes examined extensively. I was given a tour of the laser room which was VERY impressive, then I had my visit with Dr. Haddad whom I am equally pleased with. Dr. Haddads experience and knowledge is very apparent. Not only is he clearly a top-notch doctor but he is a top-notch person in general. Very nice, very gentle, funny, witty and absolutely makes you feel completely at ease. After visiting with Dr. Haddad my next stop was Jacquelines office, the LASIK coordinator, to discuss cost and scheduling. Jacqueline, like everyone on staff at the Laser Eye Institute is EXTREMELY helpful and sweet. She has answered all of my questions, worked with my schedule, got me approved for Care Credit and explained everything to me in detail so that there are no surprises. I cannot say enough good things about this entire facility. I wish I took a tally of how many times Ive said "Im so glad I chose this office!". Everyone made me feel so at-ease and prepared for surgery. My surgery is on 4/20 and after Im healed I will update my review to include the actual procedure. I will honestly be bummed when my follow up appointments slow to once a year because Im really going to miss seeing all of these fabulous people! If youre even considering LASIK, I HIGHLY suggest you talk to Dr. Haddad and especially ask him what makes his lasers so special, because that is half of what made me choose the Laser Eye Institute. When it comes to your eyes, you dont want to cut corners or settle for any less than the best.

To the person complaining about an extra $100 fee, youre an idiot. Its a scheduleing deposit and Jacquline explains the pricing thoroughly. After your consultation she gives your total cost for the procedure, then if you want to schedule the procedure you have to put down a $100 deposit. That $100 comes off of your total fee, its not extra. You just have to put a little down so they know you are serious about getting this done. The only "extra" fees are if you cancel last minute or no show your appointment. There is also no pressure to schedule right then and there. In fact, they are so confident they are the best choice that they encourage you to take your time and shop around. Everything is well explained if you pay attention, and even if you didnt it is all given to you in writing as well. The staff answers any and all questions and Jacquline gives you her email for if you have questions after hours.

I had my lasik eye surgery in September. Before the surgery I was super nervous about the procedure but even more nervous about the results. I had a very large corneal scar in my right eye that required me to have a different type of lasik done. Dr. Haddad assured me that he was confident everything will go smoothly. During the surgery I felt some mild discomfort mainly because someone was prodding at my eye, however I was numb to it so it wasnt so bad. After my surgery was done, I was able to see. The first few days the vision decreased slowly and my sensitivity to light was bad. The only pain I would say I felt was a headache that was cured with some pain meds. Dr. Haddad did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him for lasik surgery. I can see perfectly now and I have no symptoms from the procedure!

Dr. Haddad and his staff are great to work with. For my procedure I needed to get one eye done. What I really appreciated about the experience is that Dr. Haddad suggested I try a contact for few weeks to make certain that the Lasik procedure would work in my case. Fortunately the simulation of the contact worked well and I went ahead with Lasik. After 25 years of having to put my glasses on and off a hundred times a day I am free of that routine. This has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Dr. Haddad is an expert in his field and will be fair and honest with you . Dont fall into the $300 per eye trap at other locations. Remember these are your eyes and you deserve the best.

Ended up with 20/15 vision (better than 20/20). Some eye dryness in the mornings, but nothing a couple artificial teardrops cant remedy. No problems with night vision - just a bit of a starburst/halo around lights, but this doesnt hinder vision at all. Excellent service. Dr. Haddad is a character, but hes clearly an expert. Made all the different options very clear to me, and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. The friendly staff made the whole process comfortable and easy, from the first consultation appointment through the surgery and post-op visits. Price may be a bit steep compared with some other places, but these are your eyes. You get what you pay for.
