Just called to get a quote on declawing and the lady was beyond rude. Refused to even tell me all the charges or give me an estimate on all the charges.. if the lady is rude to me- they are definitely NOT touching my two kittens! Way to lose potential customers..

Dont know about the receptionist at this place, but Dr Urban is an awesome vet. We took our goldens there for several yrs. And he took care of them. Even when times were tough. Hes a very caring person. I would definitely recommend anyone to this office!
