So very much wish I could give a zero star review. Today my parents took their sick dog to this location and after an hour work up and a $300 dollar quote for testing and x-rays my father asked to use their public restroom. He was informed that they no longer provide a public restroom for customers (pet parents) and that if he needed to, he could leave the facility and walk down to the Pantry restaurant a few doors down. The woman that informed him of this left the room and several minutes later another woman came to prepare the dog for her x-rays, he asked again to use the restroom to which he was again told "No" its for employees only. My parents had enough and told them they would be talking the dog elsewhere to which the woman proceeded to tell him, "Good, you have been rude ever since you got here". I have worked in customer service and this is absolutely no way you treat a customer that is about to drop $300+ dollars at your business. I know we live in a society now where everyone feels the need to say whats on their mind but if this was MY business and MY customer that just walked out the door with their sick dog and $300 this employee would not have a job anymore. Also it is in poor taste to not provide customers with a public restroom, honestly Im not even sure you can own a public business and not provide customers with one. I will be contacting Sterling Heights building code enforcement to get the exact details. I wish I could comment on the actual care they give to family pet but if they treat them anywhere close to the way they treat their owners, I would consider taking my pets elsewhere.

After having my rescued pup diagnosed with heart worm and treated, I am finally relieved that the treatment worked. The staff, specifically Dr. Dodge, my very special understanding Trish and Ashley did a wonderful job not only with the pup, but with me. They were very patient and understanding of what this pup means to me (of course all our furbabies are special) but my pup had already survived GSWs and abuse previously, thank God she was rescued and made it to Michigan. I appreciate the time and effort these staff members gave us in guiding us thru a serious medical condition. I couldnt have gotten thru it without them. I highly recommend this specific clinic, they are all very caring individuals.

Animal Patrol picked my dog up because he got loose and he was taken here. They gave him a treatment for his skin while in their care and was very helpful in assisting me with confirming that it was him even when someone else had tried to claim him. They were caring enough to pay attention and not let him be released. Picking him up was quick, easy and hassle free. I wasnt expecting to pay $200 , but I know the bulk goes to the police department (animal control). Even having to pay, I was pleased with the extremely nice and caring staff and I will use them in the future for other services- thanks for keeping Bingo safe ! You guys rock!

Im kinda disappointed with the way people had written about this clinic. I have been in this clinic to look at animals up for adoption and they are taken very well care of. I did not call a head of time either to give them time to clean up... I just showed up to the clinic and these animals are very well taken care of and played with. The girls here are always working and on their feet taking care of all by means necessary. They dedicate their time to these animals who need new homes. Dr Mo is a good doctor who loves animals and will do whatever he can with his clinics to help.

The rating is artificially high because they bribe customers to leave 5 star reviews by giving them $5 off. Okay service, but nothing spectacular. Vet seemed like he didnt really want to be there. Edit - Lowered to 1 star because I got a phone call about this review. Apparently a lot of other businesses also artificially inflate their reviews by providing discounts, so its okay to be dishonest. Right. The ethical option would be to have a sign requesting a good review, not paying for one.

Love this place! the kitten I adopted lost his appetite and lost a lot of weight in just a couple days. I dont have a vet and this one had great reviews. the doctor and staff are so kind and caring. I have a lot of animals and where we used to live I never came across a vet as nice to my pets as Dr. Fakhruldin and his staff were to this kitten. The kitten was back to playing and eating within 24 hours. thank you Dr. Fakhruldin and staff!!!!

I cannot explain how much we love taking our pets to this vet. Not only are they affordable, but they are genuinely kind animal lovers. We initially went to have our cat fixed because of the low cost, but we have now dropped Serenity Animal Hospital and made Animal Care Hospital of Sterling Heights our primary vet. They are also very honest and understand and try to save you as much money as they can. I highly recommend!

The staff is always nice and very knowledgeable. They seem to care for my dog as if it was thier own pet. I also love how they can always fit me into thier schedule with same day appointments!! I love love love this veterinary hospital. I recommend anyones who is looking for a veterinarian to go here!

I love them so much and so does my dog what absolutely hates everybody :) I have taken my dog year for almost 3 years and not once did I see them miss treat any dog. They are caring and understanding. I love my pups doctor he is the best as well as the vet nurse

My two kittens were rescues, koby and stunad! They took care of them, made sure they had all their shots and when stunad was sick they made him better! Such a great place with great vet and vet techs! Thank you ❤️

Great staff and affordable prices. They did amazing dental work on my dog and answered my (excessive) questions with patience and knowledge. I have now switched to them as my permanent vet for all my dogs care.
