A couple of years ago my black lab, Strider, was having trouble controlling his bladder. The condition worsened over the weekend. Not wanting to take him to the emergency vet on a Sunday, I contacted Dr. Miller to see if she could help since I knew she would be working. Dr. Miller was very sympathetic and understanding when she explained to me that Strider had diabetes. She provided me with several options and discussed the potential outcomes of treatment explaining each option in a professional and conversational manner. She did not try to persuade me in any direction, but simply provided me with the information I needed to make my own decisions for Strider. I am thankful for her professionalism and sharing of knowledge and experience. She made me feel more like a colleague than a customer.

Not impressed. I took my dog in to have a skin tag removed and I was okay with having a biopsy done and expected it but what I didnt expect was to not have the skin tag removed but have them only run tests for cancer with a the vets strong suggestion that cancer it a very strong possibility. I took my dog to 2 other vets while waiting for the results and both agreed that it was simply a skin tag and that its very simple to determine with even minimal experience and does not resemble a growth or cancerous cyst. Needless to say the results came back as a skin tag and before I even received the results I already had it removed by my dogs new vet that is extremely trustworthy and doesnt play on my love for my dog to make money

Dr. Miller has provided great care for of my fur-kids. She is compassionate and very professional. A few years back my cat, Captain had a possible foreign body. Dr. Miller explained her plan and gave me options for treatment. His treatment plan included blood work and radiographs to rule this out. Luckily, Captain did not have a foreign body. Working with Dr. Miller has been a great experience, and I know that her quality of care is never compromised.

Dr. Miller is thorough in her examination, good at explaining results and treatment options. She includes owners/ fur baby parents in the treatment plan and listens to their concerns and ideas. Got a new puppy and decided to take her to Liberty Pet Hospital. The facility is brand new and Dr Miller spent a good deal of time with us, going over details and helping with new puppy challenges.
