Right now as I type this I am sitting in Childrens Hospital of Michigan with my as of today 1 month old baby girl. Monday afternoon I noticed a slight runny nose an Monday evening a tiny cough. By Tuesday afternoon I was taking her to the pediatrician "Dr Rummani" because it seemed to be getting a bit worse but because I hadnt heard of this horrible virus RSV I thought oooh my baby just has the sniffles a simple common cold an everything was fine. Well her not any longer pediatrician Dr Rummani said oooh its just a cold nothing we can do it just has to run its course.... Again not knowing about RSV I regrettably said ok an took my baby home. Well not only did this pediatrician know about this horrible virus an not test my baby for it, she is also WAS also my 6yr old sons Dr. An she FAILED to diagnose him while I was pregnant over 6 weeks ago!!!! So because of that my infant baby girl caught it! I mean seriously..... she didnt even have the decency to tell me that it was going around... Even though she NEW IT WAS! She said it was going around rampid! So that was Tuesday by Wednesday I was panicking an wondering why this "little common cold" had gotten terribly worse an why was it seeming like my baby girl was really struggling to breath?!! Well by first thing Thursday morning we were on our way to the hospital and within minutes of arriving we were being admitted and transferred by ambulance to Childrens Hospital. An when we arrived thank god we went when we did because my baby girl was teatering the edge of death! She was put on a ventilator an tubes an wires! My baby girl was so close to death an because this so called doctor didnt test her an didnt tell me at least that it was going around rampid, my baby girl is on a ventilator an I havent been able to hold, feed, comfort, I cant sleep in the room with my baby girl. we are sleeping on benches an chairs in this hospitals NICU waiting room for 5 days now an well be here for another 5 probably, maybe even more. So please everyone remember to wash your hands, dont get in the faces of babies, kids, make sure your older children are washing there hands. This virus is incredibly contagious and can live on surfaces for over a month. An theres nothing to stop these babies from getting it right back again! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!!!

The office staff is completely incompetant. I was once put on hold three times in a row for a total of 20 minutes, trying to get them on the phone so I could DO THEIR JOB for them! When I get an apology and see some improvement, Ill remove or amend this review.

You spend more time waiting on the dr then you do with her. Shes very short with you and I dont feel like she even cares, just trying to squeeze in as many patients in each day as they can. Ive recently began looking for a new pediatrician for my kids.

Dr Rummani is very kind and caring, love her staff as well. Always helpful and quick! Her husband is my Dr as well both very caring drs.

There are way to many patients booked in one day. Except to be there well over 3 or more hours with little spent with the doctor

Worst Doctors office ever. Opens at 9am 2nd to sign in. Takes almost 2 hours to called in.. Office staff incompetent..
