They almost killed a dog and refuse to take any responsibility. The dog was taken in with all the symptoms of Parvo. Dr. Thomas told the client that its impossible for her dog to have Parvo because its been vaccinated. He ran up a $200 bill in checking different things, couldnt find anything. He recommended that she be hospitalized for $1200. The client couldnt afford $1200 so he sent her home with medications. I convinced her that her doctor was wrong, that her dog can get parvo even though it was vaccinated and brought her to my vet. My vet got Aces records and turns out the dog was missing some vaccinations (even though the client has papers from ACE stating she was vaccinated, they sent my vet papers stating she wasnt). The FIRST thing my vet checked was parvo, and she came up positive. Dr. Thomas is insensitive and incompetent. Ace refuses to give the client her money back from the appointment stating that they followed procedure. Someone should remind ACE clinic that procedure is doing proper vaccinations, keeping proper records of such, and checking the most common probabilities based on the SYMPTOMS, not their obvious lack of knowledge. Go here if you want your dog to die.

I APOLOGIZE TO MY DOG FOR TAKING HER HERE! This place is absolutely disgusting. I understand you take care of animals but seriously? I wish I could say that was the only thing, lets go over my visit shall we? 1. The woman directly helping with my dog looked as if she had been on drugs. 2. Everything is done in one room, I had to hold my dog because they lack the right tools and mannerisms to help a scared animal feel calm. Which was scary for both her and I, but, I am glad I could be there for her during their failed attempt at being real veterinarians! 3. They could not accurately & sufficiently answer my questions regarding an ear infection, can you imagine if something serious had been going on? 4. The woman who obviously should NOT be handling animals cut deep into my dogs nails causing them to bleed! Which I might add is very harmful to animals! 5. Lastly,(but certainly not everything that was awful about this trip) after all that, I was charged $300...

I absolutely love this veterinary clinic ! ONLY DR. SINGH! DR. THOMAS IS TERRIBLE! PLEASE FIRE HIM!! I have been taking my pets here since I was a kid and still take them here because Dr. Singh is very compassionate and cares about the animals. Hes not just a vet for the $$! Also they have very reasonable prices for the services they provide. I only trust Dr. Singh with my babies! I did have a terrible experience with Dr. Thomas I never want him to look at my animals again! My kitty had a blocked bladder and he squeezed his bladder so hard my baby cried. Dr. Thomas told me my baby kitty wasnt blocked. When he actually was unless it can block over night? I had to take my cat to the emergency vet on Christmas and had to put him down because he was blocked again and they wsbted $4000 for surgery. When Dr. THOMAS SAID HE WASNT BLOCKED THE DAY BEFORE! BUT I LOVE DR. SINGH!!

DR. SINGH CAME HIGHLY RECOMENDED TO US WHEN WE GOT MUFFIN AND HAD TRIED OUT 6 VETS, THAT WE COULD NOT ACCEPT AS OUR VET. WE WERE WITH HIM FOR ALL OF MUFFINS LIFE, AND HE PUT HER DOWN JULY 2, 2009. HE IS SO VERY COMPASIONAATE, AND LOVING, AND DOWN TO EARTH. WE CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH FOR HIM, AND WE WOULD RECOMEND ANYONE GO TO HIM. HE IS VERY HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD, DOES NOT DO ANYTHING UNNESSARY, AND ALWAYS LEAVES IT UP TO THE PERSON. I APPRECIATE EVERY THING HE DID RIGHT TO THE END. AND DR. SINGH WE REALLY DID APPRECIATE YOUR WONDERFUL PRICES, ALTHOUGH THAT WAS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AT ALL, YOUR KINDNESS WAS WHAT KEPT MUFFIN HAPPY WITH YOU, AND AS LONG AS SHE WAS HAPPY, THAT WAS WHAT COUNTED THE MOST. Dr. Singh gives new meaning to what a Vet should be. Someone who puts the care of animals above all else. He not only saved our 2 cats who had Upper Resp Infections over a yr ago, but then a few months ago saved our other cat Spocks life. He went above and beyond to help him when he had a urinary infection that wouldnt go away.He was close to death several time and without Dr. Singhs careful monitoring and life saving procedures our cat Spock would not be with us today. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Singh. His english is very easy to understand as to the other person who has posted a review

My wife had been taking her pets here for years until recently. We had our dog in for some vaccines and they forgot to give him his rabies vaccine. They even handed us the paperwork that said it was expired. The bigger issue was when we had our dog in for some stomach or digestive issues, and we had been telling them all of the issues we had. The doctor immediately followed up the exam by giving our dog multiple treats, which then made his problems worse once we got home. I wont be going back to Ace any time soon.

The doctor does not speak English very well and is hard to understand. He also told me my dog can get tapeworm from flea bites, not ingestion, but bites! I later found out he was wrong, not a big deal but I expect my dogs vet to be a bit more knowledgeable. Then they told me I had to get two more sets of shots for my dog before they would spay her which I also found out from calling four other vets they were wrong about that too. Theyre nice people but when my dog is my family I am not willing to take any risks.

Not sure what you pay the exam fee for at this clinic. Dr. Singh "examined" the dog and did not notice that my dog had a tumor the size of a chicken nugget on her chest (the dog is 17 pounds) and also didnt notice that she had a dead tooth, just about sent me on my way until I called these to his attention. He did however attempt to sell me every veterinary product known to man. Maybe he should have gone into sales, as thats then only thing I would recommend this clinic for.

My mom called and asked if I could bring my sick cat in to see if they would diagnose a problem or if he just ate something bad but all the woman said on the phone was no, no explanation or anything just no. Even if they would do a decent job, I wouldnt ever try going there or even calling again. It seems like all they care about is the money not actually helping the animals.

Dont ever go here! Very unprofessional and rude Was told over the phone it was $35 for disposal of my dog. Apon arriving I was told that I would have to carry my own dead dog thru the lobby because no one there could do it.. which was very traumatic for me obviously It gets worse, I was then told Id have to pay $75 not the $35 I was originally told

This is probably the best vet i have ever been to.. the staff was very friendly and very gental with my dog she loved them back as well. They fit her right in between appointments and saw my dog right away. And they did not over charge me... thankyou dr. Sihng for fixing my baby today i am very greatful for u and ur staff and have now found a furever vet
