Nothing professional about this vet. Had a very difficult time understanding things we discussed during an appointment. Called back a few times to be sure I was understanding. Even offered to make another appointment so he would be paid for his time. His staff assured me that wasnt necessary, that my calls were understood and acceptable. When this vet returned my call he made it clear that no one ever questions him, even told me to just talk to my dog myself and have him tell me where his pain is. Very sarcastic, very pompous. Yelling and screaming the entire time. Screaming things like: "no one ever questions me, do you hear me?! Do you understand me?! I will have your records at the front desk and you are no longer welcome in my practice!" All because I asked a question. Pretty much accused me of not wanting to spend money on my pet. He told us in the office that he thought what he was seeing usually ended up some sort of mass or tumor, then denied it on the phone while screaming at me. Glad I had my daughter there who heard everything he denied. To top it off, he called and cancelled the pain medication that was waiting for my pet. That is no example at all of compassion, kindness or professionalism.

My family would like to thank our friends at Village Animal Health Care Cen. Greg Raspbury and his team were so great in helping us say goodbye to Blue. They are very professional and compassionate. Our home seems very empty this morning. We had Blue for 14 years. He was a staple for our family. As much as we all wanted to keep him forever it became clear it was time. He went from running in the backyard to not being able to walk. He had a great life and loving family. We will all miss him terribly but he is no longer suffering. If anyone needs a great vet I highly recommend Greg. It is hard saying goodbye to the best dog in the world. He was more like a person than a dog. Please say a prayer for us during this difficult time. God bless

I love Dr. Rasbury and all of his staff. They are amazing. My dog Clydesdale receives the best care ever. He has pretty serious allergies and Dr. Rasbury never gave up working very hard to get him healthy and improved his quality of life. They are always ready and waiting for him at his appointment times.

I have been taking my service dog there since she was a pup and the doctor has always taken good care of her. What my daughters cat had to be put to sleep, the doctor and the staff were very respectful and let my take as much time as she needed and privacy...

Awesome Dr and staff! Our Yorkie loves it there! Dr Raspbury is kind, gentle, and answered all my questions. He came highly recommended by other friends as well as other vet Drs. I would recommend this place to everyone!
