I cant say enough about Caring Chiropractic and Dr. Ruf. Our whole family has been going to Dr. Ruf for over 5 years doing a weekly/bi-weekly wellness plan. Since starting our wellness plan we have seen less illness in our house, especially in our children. When they do get sick we get them in and adjusted right away and their bodies fight back and they usually bounce back quickly. I have also had frequent back issues throughout my life where my back will go out and I am laid up for a week or two. With routine adjustments and healthy living my back is more stable and I feel so much stronger. I love that Dr.Ruf adjusts manually and goes above and beyond to make sure my body is working the way it should. We are so thankful for the partnership we have with Caring Chiropractic, from the office staff to Bridget (the Message Therapist) to Dr. Ruf. If you walk through the door you will feel at home and loved because they will treat you like family and will make sure you get the best possible care.

Dr Ruf is a wonderful, caring chiropractor and he goes the extra length to educate his patients about chiropractic care. His staff is friendly and welcoming. My husband has been going here for 2 years. I have gone for 3 visits and have decided to go to my old chiropractor, who is 30 minutes away, instead of five. For the initial meeting, he took plenty of time with me. However, he tends to do adjustments very quickly. It almost seemed like an assembly. I did not care for his "style," which I believe is a personal preference The treatments did help, He is NOT a bad chiropractor. He just didnt work for me. I need to feel comfortable with my health care professionals and have learned to trust my intuition. Not the right fit for me.

The Caring Chiropractic Center is very welcoming! Everyone makes you feel like you are right at home. Dr Ruf is very informative and helps each patient understand why Chiropractic care is so essential. He takes the time to explain to each patient what is going on with their body and what they can do to help fix any issues. He sits them down and comes up with a care/treatment plan and even explains to his patients why wellness and maintence is so important. I recommend anyone looking for Chiro care or anyone that is having any issues with their health, wellness, physical and/or mental being to stop in and see Dr. Ruf.

Ive been to a few different chiropractors over the years and thus is by far the best. Dr.Ruff not only makes you feel better but he explains everything to you. He doesnt just adjust you and send you on your way, he makes sure to explain what he is doing. Everyone is very friendly. Ive also been seeing Bridget for massages and she is phenomenal!!!! She is so sweet and really wonderful at what she does. Highly recommended going to caring chiropractic you wont regret it !
