I have suffered with chronic lower back pain for years and tried everything recommended by doctors, some of which helped but my activity was still limited. I decided to try acupuncture after some research indicated back problems respond really well to it. I began to see improvement about 2 weeks after beginning treatment with Dr. Diane at Advanced Wellness and am shocked at how great I feel now. I especially liked how Dr. Diane listened to me and was knowledgeable about so many aspects of health, mind and body. I feel blessed to find an affordable care giver and know she will be part of my good health plan going forward.

So i have been having hip pain for the past month. I started going to acupuncture and chiropractor that my friend from high school does. This past week i havent been able to walk without hobbling around. Today she did graston technique on some key areas and i am able to walk normal!!!! The acupuncture usually makes me tired but it has been helping my fibromyalgia so much!!! I fully trust my friend Dr. Diane Smith who owns Advanced Wellness & Sports Rehab in Osseo, MN. Insurance now covers acupuncture.

I am a runner and went to see Dr. Diane Smith because of an injury in my hip and knees. On top of that, I had also injured my shoulder weight lifting. Dr. Diane Smith quickly pin-pointed the cause and target areas to work on. She helped me recover from those injuries and get back to running and working out, while also providing insight and advice on how to prevent such injuries from happening again. On top of all that, she is an incredibly kind and genuine person–I would highly recommend Dr. Diane!
