Went in to have a treatment done. Called and set up another appt about a month later explaining that this did not work. He came into the room and said well we can fix that. NEVER was I told I would have to pay for the service that they did not do right in the first place. After he did the treatment, walked out the door I was handed a bill for 200.00. When called to pay my bill, I told them numerous times that I should not have even been charged this and if anything should have gave me a quote or told me there would be a new charge. They still continue to send me bills. I do not recommend this to anyone having facial treatments done. PLus, after going some where prior to this for 5 years and having it done one way and always done the proper way. I know this because I worked at a Derm office before and know the procedure. I questioned his technique from the beginning.

Went there on and off for 3 months---to no change with the hives I had. ALOT of wasted time and money for no cure for this. Spent a lot of money for tests/exams/medication/biopsy--nothing did any good. Very disappointed when the rash was soooo severe that I was told-- stick it out grin and bear it--it will get better---never did!! Ended up in urgent care that very same night. They urgent care-- referred to a allergist---she stopped the creams and the steroid--put me on new medications and guess what rash/hives went away!! Now, we are testing-- to see what is causing the hives. So I would look at other places before you go through a lot for not much help
