My wife and I have been going to Associated Skin Care for some time and between the two of us have up to 10 visits in a year. Weve noticed that in the last year or so the visits with the doctors seem to get shorter and the wait for your scheduled appointment gets longer. An 8am appointment could result in being seen at 8:30, 8:40 or even later. I recently had a 7:45am scheduled appointment and wasnt called until 8am; only after I complained. When I asked how they could already be so far behind so early I was told because other patients who had full body skin checks went longer than normal. (I can understand that.) My appointment lasted all of five minutes and the doctor seemed annoyed that I would ask clarifying questions to his comments and instructions. I then scheduled my own full body check for a future date and I asked how long that appointment was for. The reply astounded me, "Ten minutes" I was told. A week later my wife had a 9am appointment and wasnt called in until after 10am. She too noticed how rushed the appt was and felt the exam was not thorough. The doctor was quick to show annoyance when reminded a procedure needed to be done before the appt was over. What the heck! Im starting to believe my business would be appreciated elsewhere and I would get better care from some place else. It would appear that they are overscheduling patients and the result is less than stellar proper care and concern.

Not sure if the others caught these doctors on a bad day but I had a very good experience. Receptionist wasnt warm and friendly but many arent and she was not rude. I would rather them do their job right (quickly and accurately). When you deal with people everyday it wears you out. I know from years of experience. Yes the doctor (Dr. Paksad) was quick to tell me my options but he gave me them slowly and politely and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. He explained everything with solid detail and assured me I had nothing to worry about unless I wanted him to worry about it. He was not quick to tell me we should remove it. He did not want to follow up unless I wanted to. All the right things in my point of view. In and out and back to work. A few notes: * I had an abnormal dark spot 1/2 inch round on my face (Seborrheic Keratoses I came to find out) that has grown over the years but they run in my family. ** Also note I am not a regular here. This was my first time and only experience. *** Only reason for four stars is because I do not have a comparison. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

I normally see Dr. Pakzad, and I usually like him. However, I had to deal with Dr. Scott after my biospy sites became infected. Dr. Scotts was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. When I went to my pharmacy, my presciption that he told me he had phoned in was not there. When I was able to reach him through his answering service (after two hours of waiting with infected/sore biospy sites at the pharmacy) he became upset that I did not have the pharmacy number on hand. His exact line was, "So what now, do you expect me to get out my phone book and look them up." I told him I thought that was rude and he told me, "Listen, this is nothing to get so upset about. I can phone the prescription in." After nine hours and five phone calls, he finally did. I will never see another doctor at this office again.

This place is horrible! I went to Associated Skin Care Specialist to get two moles removed on my legs about a year ago. The procedure was quick but the work they did was awful. The moles were removed but they took months to heal. It has been almost a year now and I am left with horrible scars on my legs where the moles used to be. When I have called the office to try to go back in to see the doctor the nurses were very rude and told me that they would see me but that they would charge me for another visit! I have scheduled myself with another clinic to see if they can fix the damage.

I had been here a few time and it was the worst experice every time. The nurses were great but thats about it. I waited an hr in the waiting room my last appt cause they were running behind, then the doctor I seen was the worst I sat and cried and all he did was yell and fight with me cause he had no answers. So he sad he was not mad at me just mad he couldnt do his job and help me.... So he just yell. Such a jerk he has NO right even having a job cause clearly he dont no how to talk to people!!!!

I saw Dr. Mischke for an autoimmune disorder, and let me tell you, this guy has been so understanding and awesome when it comes to patient care. He really cares about the needs of his patients, and is so sympathetic with your conditions. He will definitely be the doctor I recommend if friends ask. Also, their receptionists are very organized and very flexible when you have questions or want to set up an appointment. Favorite specialist facility Ive been to in a long time.

Had an appointment and last minute my Doctor had a family emergency, which is no big deal. However, every time I tried to call to re-schedule my appointment, Im on hold for 10-15 minutes. When it finally went through, a rude women answers the phone, and says I cant be seen for another 2 months. Take your business somewhere where they value their patients because clearly they couldnt care less to accommodate for my doctors absence.

I have been here two times. Both time I was here they were 30+ minutes late to my appointment, both times they did not send my perscription in until later in the day. Leaving me on hold with scheduling while sitting at the pharmacy waiting just to be told to check back later because they have not updated my account? If you have nothing but time I reccomend this place. I will not be returning, extremely dissapointed.

Ive been here twice and each time was unimpressive for patient care. The staff was great, personable. The doctor I saw lacks empathic interaction. This last visit I had a biopsy. Slice, bandage, out the door...absolutely zero discussion on after care, showering, what to expect or watch for. After a week its still inflamed and yellowish, so Im going to my primary.

Had a good experience here. Front desk got me processed in and I was roomed on time. Visit went quick and Dr. Mischke did a great job and explained in detail what was needed.
