We had waited 3 months just to get an appt. here. My wife lined up babysitting for our child and made the trek in with the dog. Upon hitting two bad accidents, she did the right thing a made a courtesy call stating she would be a few minutes late. After being put on hold for 5 minutes (while the admin presumably was speaking with the Dr.), THEY SAID THEY COULDNT SEE HER, for no other reason than the Dr. is unwilling to be flexible. So much for giving a courtesy call. She was even willing to wait as long as need be, but they literally told her to turn the car around and not even come in. There was no "were sorry, but we can fit you in tomorrow" or "thanks for letting us know, you just may have to wait when you get here." Instead it was a rigid "NO" we cant see you. They actually had the nerve to say "we dont control the traffic." Traffic aside, it no way to treat customers that waited months just to see you. JUST beware they have a VERY rigid customer service policy. Needless to say, we are taking our business down the road.

You will not find more caring, compassionate people anywhere. Period. Dr. Olivero and his staff always amaze me with their knowledge and professionalism. They care for our Akitas like family, which they are to us. I would drive hundreds of miles to get this level of care for our dogs - but, luckily, its right across town! Do not hesitate to bring your furry friends here.

What a great experience. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and I can tell they care about our pets. Dr. Olivera and his team are exceptional. Jasper was in and out, I got great post-op care directions and they checked in the next day to see how she was. I would recommend anyone whose pet has eye problems contact this team.

Could not have asked for better care for my dog Tootsie, when she was a patient and had to have cataract surgery. Dr. Olivero is amazing. He and his staff are such kind, compassionate and caring people. Have told many people of him and his staff. They are a great bunch of people. A truly gratifying experience!
