Words cannot describe how thankful we are for Dr. Mills! Our dog scout had some SERIOUS allergies in her early years. She would scratch her fur raw, bite her paws until they bled, and spend every day being completely miserable. My wife and I spent two years, along with countless vet visits and enormous bills trying to pinpoint the problem with Scout. Not one vet in the twin cities could correctly diagnose her, so she would continue being miserable day in and day out, scratching and biting herself for hours and hours. The only success we saw was giving her steroids on a continuous basis, which we knew were extremely detrimental to her health. Finally, we had enough. We starting looking online at Dermatology specialists, and luckily, we came across Dr. Mills. We read the reviews (like the one Im writing), and booked an appt. right away. Sure enough, Doctor Mills was able to correctly diagnosis the problem at hand, QUICKLY! After, he provided us with a custom plan to combat her allergies. Sure enough, this plan has completely changed her well-being (not to mention, ours too). He is passionate with what he does, and a true professional in this field. Our dog Scout would not be here today without the expertise Dr. Mills has. I urge all of you reading this, who may have a dog like mine, one with tremendously bad allergies, to get in contact with Dr. Mills immediately. He is a wonderful doctor and we couldnt be more thankful for what he has done for our dog, and us.

Meki has been seeing Dr. Mills for a few years now. I took him in because after he turned 1 he started scratching his body all over, and smelled so badly even after getting a bath. After taking him to my primary vet many a time I knew things were not going anywhere. Thank God I found Dr. Mills and his staff. The amount of time spent with us was over an hour, and everything he stated was very informative. I opted to give Meki pills along with diet change to what Dr. Mills recommend. We also got some shampoo to help get rid of the yeast that was causing all the smells. After a few weeks Meki started to get much better. His itchy skin which was a 100 on a scale of 0-10 went down to a 2-3. His hair stopped falling out, and overall he is much more happy. Dr. Mills and Eva have been amazing. These people actually care about what they do, and they remember you when you go in. Youre not just a number to them, they make you feel like family. Thank you guys so much for the excellent care!!!! I absolutely love Dr. Mills and his staff. We have been going to his office for over 3 years now. We have an almost 6 year old golden retriever named Tycho with some unfortunate skin allergies. Before learning about Veterinary Dermatology we were constantly in and out of the regular vets office spending countless sums of money and getting nowhere. My dog was miserable from spring to fall every year getting Staph infections so bad on his skin that we had to keep shaving him and giving him tons of steroids and antibiotics. Dr. Mills did allergy testing on my dog when we first came there and we decided to go with allergy shots every week (which I do at home...super easy) and to treat flare ups as needed. Since using Veterinary Dermatology my dog has had only a handful of flare ups which when caught and treated immediately are super easy to get rid of. I couldnt be happier with the care Tycho gets from this office.

We have been working with Dr. Mills and his staff for about 4 years. Most of the time, our Goldendoodle Sophie has had her allergy symptoms under control with the diagnosis and directions that Dr.Mills has provided. This summer, Sophie had to undergo major surgery for a leg problem and that caused her allergies to really flare up. Dr. Mills did a wonderful job working with us to get her back on the right track and feeling much more comfortable within a few days. He always takes the time to really help us work through her allergy issues. Having a dog with allergies is a huge hardship but Dr. Mills has helped make our dog happier and more relaxed. We are very grateful to Dr. Mills and his staff at the clinic.

I found the staff to be very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my dog in after a recommendation both from a friend and my veterinarian. My dog was very miserable and uncomfortable from his skin allergies, even keeping me awake at night from scratching. Dr. Mills diagnosed him with Atopic Dermatitis, or skin allergies, explained to me in terms I could understand what was wrong with him, and gave me a plan for treatment. He has been allergy skin tested and is doing well on allergy shots. He is very comfortable now, and I am very pleased. We both sleep through the night! Thank you Dr. Mills, Eva and Staff!

Dr. Mills is the best! We took our dog Jake in who had a rash all over his body, was losing hair and had warts all over his legs. We had seen two different vets and neither could diagnose him. Dr. Mills found he had a rare condition that he had seen before, developed a treatment plan and gave us great support along the way. There were never any waiting lines at the office and he and his stuff gave us their full attention. Recently, he called us himself (not someone from his staff) and asked us how Jake was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Mills.

My experience with Dr. Mills was wonderful. He is a caring compassionate veterinarian who took the time needed to help me with my dogs skin problem. He and his staff were very helpful in explaining what I needed to do in order to help my dog get better. I would be happy to send my friends or family to see him if their pets needed a good skin doc! I took my dog to Dr. Mills for many years. I was always overwhelmed by the kindness of Dr. Mills and his staff. They became very familiar with Billy and me and went out of their way to help us. He took the time to explain every test, procedure and medication. If your dog or cat has skin allergies, this is the place to go. No hesitation.

The Staff was difficult to work with,the girl at the front desk was short tempered and I felt she did not have the time for us. I made a call to them the next day for a question and got the same girl and received the same bad attitude. The Doctor that look at my dog did a professional job.
