I highly recommend Ark Pet Hospital! We visited their New Brighton office recently when one of our senior cats fell ill. I am immensely grateful for the compassion and sensitivity that Dr. Mary and team provided throughout the situation. They are amazing folks who truly care. They were also very accommodating when we needed to make appointments. I was impressed that they provided a free account to their online portal, ePetHealth, where I can view my pets medical history, tests, etc. This is a nice feature that I didn’t have with previous vet. I also appreciate that you can request appointment times online. Great pet services if you are in the Twin Cities Metro.

We went here because the ratings and reviews were good. BIG MISTAKE! We brought our 4 month old puppy in because he had an obvious eye infection. This is not the first dog that either myself or my girlfriend have had. The entire time we were in with the Vet, we were treated like we didnt know anything about pets or training. None of the questions that we asked were answered or even addressed. Vet never once asked if we had any other questions or concerns and was very condescending when speaking with us. It also seemed that by the end of our visit, the dog was even scared of being there which isnt typical. We wont be back.

Dr. Mary and her team have always been loving, caring and informative with all of our pets - coming from a household with cats, dogs, guinea pigs and chickens, that should say a lot! And, yes, Dr. Mary has cared for all of them! Ark Pet Hospital recently won a "Clinic Make Over" and they deserve it! Wonderfull, Caring, and best of all knowledgeable! Dr, Philipson is a kind wonderful vet and I fully recommend her services - Clean - Affordable - Flexible - Friendly NOTE: Not quite sure what the previous review by Ms.Lund is all about but in FACT i could not say more of an opposite. This Vet Clinic and its staff are not at all disrespectful nor careless.

Dr. Mary and her staff are very caring. They take the time to know you and your pet. We had to put our beloved dog Rico down and I am so glad that we completed the procedure with Ark Pet Hospital. It was one of the toughest things we have had to do, and they were extremely supportive and went far beyond our expectations. They are great with our new puppy Percy. He loves every visit. Dr. Mary and the staff at Ark have been taking care of my now senior (17 yo) cat since he was a kitten. I trust that his current health as a senior has much to do with their care. Although my cat does not always enjoy trips to the vet (hes not the most social guy), the staff at Ark always try to minimize any stress and keep him comfortable. I really appreciate that!

My cat hadnt been to this vet in four years (with her previous owner), yet the staff remembered her and welcomed her warmly. Dr. Mary was very gentle and dealt with my kitty in a very loving way. Their prices are reasonable, and they gave me a $25 "new client" discount without me even asking or knowing about it. I highly recommend this vet hospital!
