I went to Urgent Care for my sinus infection which was being complicated by my asthma. I waited 2 1/2 hours for four people ahead of me. When I got into the exam room I told the doctor my symptoms and that I am a Bariatric patient. I was told I was having salmonella poisoning and that I needed to go to the ER. I laughed and left. Didnt need the ER cause I started getting better after I left. She did not want to understand that Bariatric patients experience things a little different then the normal patient. I was super mad, especially after an Urgent Care visit a few days earlier for my daughter resulted in them sending us to the ER. I feel like I was passed on to the next doctor and was builked out of more money for a ER visit. Im currently looking for a new clinic and wont be returning.

In the past year, I have been to this clinic three times; it is a useful location and it is a nice new facility. HOWEVER, the wait for help was incredibly long at each visit; we were never there for less than 2 hours. When my son fractured his elbow, the staff were unable to find a splint. I waited for over 3 hours to be diagnosed on a Saturday morning when I went in about a very bad cough - there were about 5 other patients in the whole building during that time; I started counting with all that free time on my hands. I hope something changes soon.

The OBGYNS at this location are horrible. I went in yesterday and my doctor talked over me the whole time, showed zero empathy, made me feel bad for being sick (made it seem like it was my fault), tried to tell me the symptoms Ive been having were all in my head. Who can I complain to? I am NOT happy with the way I was treated. Then when my appointment was over, she just walked out without barely saying "goodbye". Horribe experience all around. Too bad I forgot her name because I would gladly out her.

Doctors consistently run 30-40 min behind schedule, even if you have the first appointment of the day. Ive even had doctors leave in the middle of an appointment to take a phone call. Consistent with other large healthcare providers, they overcharge for services and code to get the biggest payout (ex. I was charged for two ultrasounds for the same visit, merely because they changed instruments).

Twice now I have gone in with a sinus infection to this clinic and been turned away with no medicine and being told it was just viral. So I go to my usual clinic (cost 4x as much so that is why its not first) and guess what? I get antibiotics and my sinus infection clears in 2 days. I will never step foot in another Health Partners Clinic again.

I am having a very good experience with Health Partners clinic. They have been great with our pregnancy, my husbands care and our oldest with their pediatric care. I think this is a good clinic.. they can somewhat be hard to make appointments at times, but overall I think they have excellent care and glad we go!

This is literally the MOST incompetent clinic I have EVER been to. Form follow-up to follow-through I have never experienced anything. Multiple calls with same information, lack of listening skills and complete idiocracy on all levels. New to Woodbury and this was the closest clinic...I will NOT be going back!

Our 3 sons grew up seeing the same pediatric doctor until they were 16 then transferred to Internal Medicine to see the same physician my husband and I have been going to for 23 years! Great staff, friendly and efficient.

I take my daughter here for routine pediatric care and I absolutely love it. Her doctor, Bridgette Suri, is absolutely amazing and dedicated to her patients. Ive never encountered any problems at this location.

LOVE Our Dr. Im not in the area, we travel 45 min to come to this clinic. They are sometimes behind (so is every other clinic). Lab and X-ray staff is good!
