The initial experience seems nice, but the overall care here needs major improvement. Saw a Dr. here for my annual physical and to inquire about foot pain. He sent me to Physical Therapy for my foot where they sent to the Dr a needed prescription medication to (steroid injection) reduce inflammation. He didnt send it to the pharmacy for 9 days and then sent over a prescription for something else. They then told the Pharmacist (while I was waiting at the pharmacy so I could go to PT to have it administered) that the Dr was "too busy seeing patients to correct it". The Physical Therapist sent it over again and it has never been signed by the DR. I am half way through my PT, in pain trying to do what is needed to fix the problem with my foot. They also called to tell me to schedule an appointment, when I called the scheduling dept, they had no record of the call, just some recommendations of other specialist I could see. This shows that there are major problems in how this clinic is running. Maybe they have good doctors, but the overall care support is horrid.

Worst Psychiatric care Ive ever received! Ive been treated for ADHD and depression for 21years and this H.P. Clinic is by far the worst Ive experienced. Theyve cancelled/rescheduled me the day of my appointment on 5 separate occasions then had no empathy or understanding when I missed an appointment because my mother died with the nurse telling me that theyre "putting me at the bottom of their list" for available spots. Poor follow up check-ins, if you receive any at all which also has happened to me here twice, long waits, and extremely bad customer service are just a few of the issues. Strongly recommend finding a different clinic or they will only make your medical needs worse!

I had the worst health care in my 57 yrs by their nurse practionare. She walked right in and told me she was a holistic nurse. She never asked why I was there and never even examined me. She assumed I was there for pain pills. I wanted a referral for a spine doctor!!! I went to Twin City Orthopedic and found I have 3 herniated discs. Health partners in IGH have some of the worst docs that have absolutely no bedside manner, I will never go back there again!

Although there is a lot of renovation going on inside the building, I still had a great experience here. The waiting time was short, the check in was easy and Dr. Go was wonderful with my baby. Her nurse was also so gentle and sweet!
