My orthodontist referred me to Creve Coeur dental to get a regular cleaning done before treatment. After an Xray and initial cleaning they said there was a little cavity which can be taken care of with some intervention. Although wary, I agreed. Dr Rosinski(who was nice) drilled a hole in my teeth and another assistant then did the filling. I have always got compliments on my dental health year after year I went for cleaning and the last time I had a tooth filling was 20 years ago as a kid. Anyway, after the filling there was so much debris and when Id close my mouth the side with the filling had so much debris that all pressure would fall on that side of the mouth while chewing. They did not even ask me to come for a "debris clean-up" and I had no idea that I had to. Anyway, I proceeded to the orthodontist and in two days they gave me my invisialign for my teeth correction. That teeth became uber-sensitive to any kind of cold food and the gum began to hurt. I also grind my teeth at night and with all that debris I think that teeth got yanked for several days. The gum became super sensitive and I could barely eat. I returned in 3 weeks(as I was traveling for work) and they "cooly" as a matter of fact asked me why I didnt come back for them to take an impression and do the grinding and all that. WOW! Also, now, my teeth had a little fracture in it and the doctor cooly said it may make sense to remove it and it will cost $4,000. What a joke? From absolutely no dental issues for 32 years, my dentist who performed a filling based on her X-ray analysis was talking about removing my teeth due to a "possible-provider-induced" cause. Well, if that cavity would get worse I may have lost that tooth in a decade or two but not in 3 weeks "out of the blue". I may sound naive here, but Im a common man and need instructions after a procedure. A year an half later, I moved out of St Louis and Im struggling. I have stopped eating with that side and am visiting another dentist this week here in the south. There is a nice crevice on that teeth where all my food wedges and prys the adjacent teeth every time I chew with that side and it hurts very much. The gum keeps getting infected as well. It has been a nightmare from 32 years of no tooth aches or anything and "DECENT DENTAL HEALTH" to them drilling a hole in my teeth due to a "tiny cavity" and making my life miserable. Im not saying that filling the teeth was a bad thing, but the un-skilled and un-professional way it was done with poor instructions on follow-up and just letting me go is utterly ridiculous. I still gave them 3 stars because I understand how things like this can happen in any business and it does not necessarily mean that they dont care. Im sure every human being puts in effort and does the best that they can. I only hope that they up their game with communication and all that stuff.

I do not normally post reviews but after seeing so many bad reviews I felt compelled. I have been multiple times to creve coeur dental and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff were all phenomenal and pleasant, I never had to wait more than a few minutes and the prices were the best I have found. I have so far only had the the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kimble but he is probably my all time favorite doctor of any kind. When I went in I had intense pain on a regular basis. Like taking max doses of aleve and Tylenol every day for a couple years kind of intense. After a quick digital xray it was confirmed that I needed all four of my wisdom teeth removed as well as the molars directly in front of each due to impacting. The intense pain was actually being caused by one of the molars pushing against a muscle so much that it caused regular Charlie horses in my face! Within 20 minutes of my appointment starting I had been xrayed and consulted on my teeth as well as given pricing for all that needed doing. I only paid about $80 that first visit with it being about $30 for each tooth that was surgically extracted and $15 or so for the xray. Dr. Kimble was so nice and compassionate. During the extractions, between the first and second, my head really started hurting as the muscle was spasming in response to the extraction finally easing the pressure. Dr. Kimble got me a frozen bottle of water to rest on it and turned off light in exam room so that I could take a second and relax to let the pain pass as he checked on some other patients real fast. A few minutes later he was back and finishing the other tooth. I am normally terrified of dentist or people messing with my teeth at all but Dr. Kimble and the rest of amazing staff made it so stress free! Even the after care was great. When I called back up about the cleaning instructions they were super friendly and informative. Seriously wish I could give 6 out of 5! Sorry for the lengthy review just felt like with all the negative reviews someone should set the record straight with a detailed positive experience.

I was referred from a business associate to this denistry. I went in for a visit for something as simple as removing the gold from my teeth. Nothing was wrong with my teeth besides the gold . I left with two temporary crowns due to the Dr.Phillip Nouri filing my teeth down while I was up under anastestia and had no idea what he was doing until he was done. You dont want to know what my teeth looked like afterwards! Just look up what a person teeth looks like that is a meth user. I Went to the dentist today because I was experiencing pain in one of teeth that he filed down that is under the crown. Dr.Rosinki advised me that my tooth was fractured and I my only option would be to get a bridge with six teeth and that would be $7000.00. REALLY! My complications arosed from negligently completed crowns and unnecessary extraction of multiple teeth. But you are advising me that I have to pay for the damage that youll caused. They didnt accept any responsibility. Theyre all about money only!!! They dont care anything about there patients. Most of them who work there are family so theyre all in it together. Spread the word and dont let them cause you PAIN,TIME,or MONEY! You go there for one thing ,but trust and believe you will get the opposite of what you came there for. I wish I wouldve did more research. Oh and the receptionist at the front desk (Stephanie) is a fast talker and will try to get you to sign your life away to so beware. Please put your money where your mouth is with a better dental provider. Just got of the phone with my friend advising her of what happen and she advised she visited them in the past before and they tried to give her a crown that was not needed. I just wish I new about them before. I dont want anyone else to go through this torture. A smile is worth a million dollars. I shouldve went to Dr.Grasso where a friend referred me to previously, but I chose to go to this teeth recker. Her teeth looks like NeNe Leaks of Atlanta Housewives and Dr.Grasso tells you the true story. You live and learn. Dont learn the hard way!
