Snowball The Kitty

Best place to take your pet! We had our kitty Snowball spayed at another vet down in Branson MO, but she developed very bad complications. During the weekend stitches came off, the wound opened and became infected. We felt helpless looking at our cat with her tummy open all the way to the intestines. No vet in Branson wanted to take care of our dying cat on Saturday. So online we found this place in Springfield, put Snowball in the car and drove to see Dr. Michael Reid. He explained that we had a very difficult case and we could loose Snowball, so he recommended laser therapy. We were driving from Branson every other day for Snowballs appointments, and withing a week of laser therapy, the 4 inch wound healed! Dr. Michael Reid is very experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He makes miracles happen and he saves lives! We are very thankful to him and the staff.

My bichon has had extensive surgeries on her knees and has had a dislocated hip. As she has aged, her arthritis is causing alot of pain for her. Dr. Reid has a brand new tech-y high end Xray machine that they dont have to sedate the dog to take the pictures! And they take LOTS of pictures...at a fraction of the cost that old xrays were. Also, he has a laser-treatment machine that is nothing short of miraculous. My 12-year old girl is now walking on all 4 legs, no limping and she acts like a puppy again. I cant say enough good things about these laser treatments...they have changed my bichons life. Check it out!

The absolute best. Dr Reid came in at 10pm on a Sunday night to see my dog that had broken her leg. He provided the best care and performed a surgery that most vets would not have taken the time to do. Dr Reid is the best and the cost is extremely reasonable. You will not find a better place to take your fur family. The staff is first rate too. They always take extremely good care of my dog. I cannot thank them enough for all they do. The absolute best in my book!

Do not take your pets her its a bad place thay told me my cat was fine & I took her home & she passed away that night of kidney failure. I wouldnt recommend going here thay seam to only cear about farm animals. I lost my best friend & nothing can replace that. Thay act like thay cer butt its all about wats in your wallet.

This is the best place to take your animal family member!!!! Our dog Gizmo was having trouble walking and climbing steps , Dr. Reid prescribed laser treatments and after the 2nd treatment, Gizmo could climb steps. The staff are very professional and know what they are doing. I am so glad I brought Gizmo here!!!!!!
