Was given misinformation on the phone. I have a serval that I want to get front declawed. I called on August 11th to do my research and make sure its something I want to do. After doing about 3 weeks of research, call back to schedule it and was told that they stopped doing them as of August 1st for new patients. Sorely disappointed in this business conduct, you would think such a change would be relayed to all the employees before August 11th (after the change date) Route 66 did reach out to me and apologize but still doesnt change my impression of how they do business.

These people truly care about your pet. I called in an hour before closing with a sick dog and they made sure she was seen that day; on a Friday no less. Dr. Becky is very smart, and reassuring when it comes to the treatment of your animal. Their prices prove they are in the business because they want to help animals and that is why I will continue to give these guys my business.

This clinic, and its staff, are amazing. Dr Becky is so great with her clients, and shes just so nice. She answers your questions, never makes you feel rushed, and took such wonderful care of our Schroeder. And special shout out to Jason, for calling and keeping me updated on Schroeders status during surgery. That alone was just so special.

If youre looking for a vet, route 66 is the place to go. The top things to note about route 66 is the friendly staff and the excellent care the vet gives to any animal. I feel comfortable leaving my pet in her care. Ive been to many places and I will never look any further or go ANYWHERE else in Springfield. They are simply the best.

Route 66 is the best vet clinic my fiance and i have been to. both the vet and jason have been very personable with not only us but our 2 cats. i dont trust anyone else with them. they are relatively inexpensive even if they were not inexpensive we would continue to go because of the way they treat their customers.

Dr. Becky and really just all of the employees are so great! They even answered a quick question for me when my puppy ate something strange. I did a lot of research before I took my furbabies there. I am so glad I found Route 66! I wont take my animals anywhere else now!!

I love this place. They all made my puppy and I feel welcome. She made sure my puppy was taken care of and treated her like her own. Even called me the next day to check on Annabelle. Amazing!!! I will not take my puppy anywhere else. Thank you for doing what you do.

I had to look for a new Veterinarian in Springfield (after moving). Great caring people, Dr. Becky takes her time and listens. My cat was misdiagnosed and she helped her recover. Not only that, but they called me every day to see how Lucky was doing. Very impressive.

I cant recommend them highly enough. They treat your pet like they are family, are focused on education for us and on getting our pets needs met quickly. They are very reasonably priced, as well. I will take ALL of our pets to them!
