My first visit. Will never go back!!! Brought my dog in for fresh blood in his stool but vet said there was no blood in the stool sample i brought in. Thats funny because it was there when i picked the poo up!! The Vet didnt introduce herself to me and didnt bother to even acknowledge my dog much less my anxious dog or offer any compassion or comfort to him!! I had to introduced myself and him to her and she showed no interest in my dog at all. She wanted to examine him on the table, which is normal, but I advised against it because I know my dog and he is fearful and anxious at the vet. Once she got him on the table you could see his fear and anxiety and all he wanted to do was get down. He was in no way aggresive in the least; he wont even fight back dogs that have tried to get him. Instead of having compassion for an already anxious dog, they traumatized him more with a brute force i have never seen at a vet during examination. If you are a good vet, you can see what will traumatize an already traumatized dog more and not do it or continue to do it!! Then they have the nerve to complain about him and ask if he is always this bad at the vet. Never, he has never ever been as fearful and anxious as he was there, never!!

Worst experience ever. Dont ever go here. Most unethical vet Ive ever been too. Paid extra for local anesthesia and then had to listen to my dog cry bloodymurder in the back room for over 5 minutes. They obviously didnt give him anything. Other people in the office commented to me on how horrific the sound was and how terrible it was they they didnt give him anything. Then they charged me $40 to bandage the wound when the first bandage fell off as we walked out of the office (my dog didnt even touch the bandage for this to happen... just walked)!!!! Are you kidding?! And then the vet refused to come out an talk with us after she charged us twice what they committed to. $250 for a toenail. Dont ever see Dr. Cross. Be warned, the people at this place are not concerned about your pets well being. Ill be going back to Cave Springs Vet Hospital - I recommend them 100%. Would have gone there if it werent a last minute emergency.

Words cannot describe how much I LOVE Bogey Hills Animal Hospital! When our Beagle Maggie had to have surgery to remove a tumor in her abdomen - the vets were able to get Maggie in for surgery quickly and remove all of the tumor (all 5+ pounds of it!). The entire staff was so loving towards not only Maggie but myself during this stressful time. They made me feel special - my dog is really a part of their family too! They just love Maggie and give her tons of love and attention every time we come in - its like getting rock star treatment! I could not be happier with Bogey Hills, and I know because of them, my little Maggie is here today loving life and chasing rabbits. Thank you to everyone - you guys are seriously awesome!!! Id give you 100 stars if I could :)

We have lived all over the USA, and have been to many, many vets but no one compares to Bogey Hills Animal Hospital in both care of our pet and kindness to our entire family. Our (very old) cat was critically ill upon arrival to our new home in Missouri, but Dr. Cross, Noelle & staff walked us through the initial tests, emergency services and ongoing treatment complete with hands on training for at-home care with such patience, knowledge and genuine concern that we were simply blown away! Our sweet kitty recovered beautifully and is still thriving, playing and enjoying an active life at age 18. Prices are always fair, treatment options are clearly explained, Dr. Cross is extremely knowledgeable & thorough and the overall customer service is beyond outstanding.

Being the type of pet owner that treats the pets as fur children, transitioning from one vet to another is very scary, especially when the youngest of my brood is sick. Not only was Bogey Hills able to see Sarge immediately, they also allowed me to bring in my other dog, Penny, so I could see how she did in the new environment. With all three of my fur kids being rescues, taking them some place they are comfortable with is important to me. The techs as well as the vets, treated both dogs with such love and care; talking in quiet voices to soothe them, petting them both and moving slowly. It was a great experience and I am happy with the choice we made in switching. :)

Great customer service. Takes good care of my dog. Sometimes it puts me off that the employees or assistants or vets sometimes dont remember anything about my dog/the last visit. It seems they have a computer system or a written log system of visits, but every time I come in, they make me remind them of the last visit and his normal issues (ear infections, tore both ACLs in his back legs, etc). I feel they should have a better system in place so I dont feel like I have to explain it every time I go in. They should read up on their notes before coming in the room and make me feel like they remember me and my dog. The wait times are minimal and the staff is very friendly.

Took my cat Elvis in to have his teeth checked. They did a great job explaining the procedure and it what it would involve. I also appreciate that they were up front about the costs and named any possible charges that may come up during the procedure and you have the choice to sign permission for something to be done ahead of time or theyll call you and let you know. They also have multiple payment options which is nice because Im a student and money is tight, this way they make it easier to keep your beloved pet in good health! Once he recovers from being All Shook Up, Elvis will be happy to return to his favorite past-time - eating!

Our Rhodesian Ridgeback turned 1 today and we needed to get a lump on his leg checked out. They were able to get us in today and we were there for maybe thirty minutes total. They are fast and wonderful with him and he actually loves being there. They always explain what they need to do and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Everyone who works there from the front desk to the techs and vets are kind and lovely to talk with and Im extremely grateful to have them caring for our beloved dog. I would recommend Bogey Hills Animal Hospital to anyone!

My family loves this place. My fiancé and I take our big baby Diamond to Bogey Hills Animal Hospital. We love the place and the atmosphere. The entire staff is so nice and welcoming. They remember Diamond and spoil her like crazy and she loves every bit of it. The prices are affordable and way better than other places we have been. We have taken other puppies to them before and they have helped us find resources for other things as well. This place is AMAZING!! I appreciate the entire staff and will see you guys soon for a dental cleaning for Diamond!!:)
