I brought my cat into the clinic because she was sick with a virus and walked out with a $150 bill. I was not told about any of the services or injections I was going to be charged for before hand, and was not given the new client new pet examination fee wavier. I was a new client and my cat had never been seen before. After calling them, they still did not take it off my bill. I was given an expensive medication that treated bacterial infections, and other treatments I question were necessary. If I had known my cat just had a virus before going in, I would have chosen not to spend the $150. As a college student with limited finances, I think its important for a vet to be clear on what they are doing, why, and how much it will cost, so you can make an informed decision.

Had my first visit yesterday. I had recently adopted a stray and wanted to find a quality vet with reasonable pricing. They did a wellness check up at no charge, got me discounted pricing on heart guard, answered every question I had, and were very friendly and helpful. This will be Buddys vet, which is definitely a plus since it is a walk down the street from us.

They have a passion for animals and make an effort to explain anything thats going on with your pet. My dog tore an ACL and they gave me a thorough explanation of how they came to that conclusion and what the surgery/recovery would entail. The total cost of all of that was also lower than I expected. They genuinely care and they are the absolute sweetest people.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We take both our dogs here and theyre always good with them and answer any questions when we call. Theyll also provide nail trims and gland services typically the same day with a phone call.
