Warning! Do not go to this doctor! Dr. Aaron A. Adaoag is by far the worst doctor I have ever had. I spent 1 hour at his office (mostly) waiting for a comprehensive physical exam and he spent less than 5 minutes with me. My comprehensive physical exam consisted of a flashlight to check my mouth and ears; check my throat and it was done! Prior to that, my height, weight and blood pressure check was done by his medical assistant. My time with this doctor was not pleasant at all. I informed him regarding my concerns only to be interrupted by his cell phone. He took everything I said for granted. Basically, he looked at me, believed in my exercise and diet and the physical was done. All he did was sign a paperwork to get my bloodwork done. Once I they received my bloodwork back from the lab, he had me schedule an appointment. Again, I waited for an hour. Once he came into my room, his exact words was "In short, you are healthy." My bloodwork was good. He did not even take the time to explain the details of my bloodwork. The customer service for this doctor is not great as well. The receptionists have a one way window. They shut that window during business hours and only opens it when it is time for you to come to the window, basically, when it is time for you to pay. The $40 I spent ($20) for two office visit was not worth it at all. I could have my wife, who is going to school for nursing tell me all the details regarding my health better than this doctor. On their website it states "medical care you can trust." believe me folks, that is false advertisement. I will never, ever, ever recommend this doctor to anyone I know or care about. I usually do not write reviews on the internet regardless of how frustrated I am with the service, but since I am writing this one, that just goes to show you how terrible this doctor and his business is. If you are one of those individuals he like to learn the hard way, disregard my review and go see for yourself! If you have a medical concern, I would rather google it than go to this doctor to save you some time, effort and money. WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE IN THE WORLD!

If there was a no star option I would have selected that. This place is by far the WORST medical facility I have EVER been to. I first took my mother there and she paid cash because we hadnt gotten her insurance information. Two days after her visit I got the insurance information I called them to have them submit the claim to my insurance so that I could get reimbursed. They told me no claim existed because I paid cash and that there was nothing they could do for me. The doctor saw my mother and that was that. A week later my fiance and I went in there and once again the front desk staff gave me problems with my insurance. I sat in the office and called and verified my fiances insurance was active and they still argued with me that it was inactive and that they would not see him unless we AGAIN paid cash. We ended up leaving and seeing a different physician. My mother went in to get her blood test results. Her insurance changes on the 1st, however she went in the 31st. The uneducated front desk man told her that it was conflicting insurance information and refused to see her once again unless she paid cash. She was just in the hospital three days prior so we are very well aware of the fact that her insurance is current and active. I asked to just have the records released to me and they REFUSED to do that because I had to see the doctor first. After threatening to talk to the medical board and fighting with the front desk staff they saw my mother. The doctor walked in and said "the only reason I am seeing you is because of your labs. I do not care about any other issues you have and will only talk to you about this". The most disrespectful, disgusting display from an office I have ever seen. This medical practice is a joke at best. Save yourself the time and money, these people care less about patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Aaron A. Adaoag. I went to him cause he was my PCP and I wanted to get a physical done. He had me go to a lab to get a test done. Afterwards, I went back for a follow up, the doctor informed me that I had an incurable disease. He did not offer a copy of the report to me. I was upset to find out this news because I thought for sure that I was clean. For over 4 months I thought I had this incurable disease. When I went to a second doctor for a second opinion, that doctor pulled the report from when Dr. Adaoag sent me. He informed me that the report stated I was negative. I asked him to run a second lab test from a different lab. The results from the 2nd lab test were also negative. When I went to the Aloha Medical Center, they locked me out saying they was closed at 4:45pm. The next day, I called the Aloha Medical Center to ask them why I got a false report and that I would like a copy of my records. They informed me that I would have to talk to the office manager to get that information. When I asked them to transfer me to the manager, they told me they would have to forward my information and have her call me back. I never got a call back and I have been trying to get in touch with someone that can answer my questions. I would like a copy of my files but everytime I call or visit the office they always tell me I have to speak with the office manager. I don’t normally post reviews but I felt like I needed to, so others won’t fall victim to this doctor.

I honestly cant recommend this doctor to anyone. He almost always acted like I was keeping him from something, not a feeling that a doctor should convey to a patient. The medicine that he prescribed for my (alleged) high blood pressure wasnt really working and was giving me side effects. He acted like I was bothering him to ask for a different medication. I also wanted a particular therapy. Dr. Adoag claimed that while certain levels were low, they werent low enough for my insurance to pay for it which sounded fishy to me. I checked with another office and after blood tests confirmed that my levels were indeed low, they were able to get the treatment approved by insurance with no problem. I gave him another chance, but he had his assistant call and cancel appointments with me twice. The third time that the assistant called to cancel and reschedule my appointment, I said no thanks Im going to get a new primary doctor. Dr. Adoag doesnt really seem to know or care that his patient service is absolutely horrendous. Patronize this doctor at your own risk!

In two visits to this medical facility I only saw the Dr say one sentence and seemed very bothered. After coming back for my blood resluts The assistant told me the results, but I wanted to hear it from an actual Dr since on my first visit the Dr Aaron only came in for 20 seconds after my exam, looked at me, said nothing and left. So he seemed very bothered I actually asked for a Dr the second time again and walked in with the assistant. At this time Im thinking maybe he doesnt speak English. So I ask him "dr what do you think about my results of my blood work, did you look at them". He turns and looks at the assistant then blank stares me and says "whatever he said", and leaves. How absolutly unprofessional. They made me pay a second copay and billed my insurance a lot of money to never see a doctor and come back to hear results that could have been given over the phone or email. Very unprofessional and antisocial Dr.
