Absolutely Horrible! She provides psychiatric help but she is not qualified, instead she is just plain mean... I am not a sensative person at all, but she is a "mean" girl! I have to say that she is deffinately ADHD too! I swear she cannot stay focused on a patient for longer than 30 seconds before she forgets why we were in sessions. SHE IS A JOKE! I saw her for 2 years and each time I would have an appointment she would ask "so why are we here today?" She NEVER reads the chart! I was only there because she would tell me to return in 30 days... I say, dont go... she doesnt hand out RX prescriptions for anything. Getting a diagnosis out of her was like pulling teeth, because you cannot tell her anything, she will disreguard you instead of trying to help!!!!! AVOID HER!!!

Apparently the office on Cheyenne needs a better management system in place. So far I have visited them once and can never seem to get a hold of anyone when I call and ironically they call when you are unavailable. I have been waiting for days now for someone to get back to me and still no call and when I try calling there is no answer. I would not recommend anyone as it seems as if they dont care at all. I cant even get someone to schedule an appointment or even refer to another doctor for a specific problem. It is really sad to know I just signed up with them to be my primary doctor and the experience so far has been nothing but a disappointment. I didnt even want to give a star but to write this review I had no choice.

I have being going to Dr. Fortes office for 3 years now. Everytime I go in for my appoinment the staff is rude especially the check in clerks. The nurses do a poor job with asking what you are there for. And Dr. Forte nevers seems to listens to my concerns. She just fills prescriptions and sends you on your way. I wen in one time with severe abdominal pain and she dismissed it as an overgrown cyst. I ended up in the emergency room having the surgeons taking my appendix out. She is the worst people person in the world and the most uncaring Dr. I have ever gone to. That goes for the rest of the Drs in her office as well. I was stupid enough to stay there but I now have found a decent Dr. who cares about me and my issues.

Dr Forte and her entire team of Professionals continues to deliver quality service daily. My family and I have been with Dr Forte for over 10 years. I feel it is important to recognize Valarie and Susan Shields who always go above and beyond to help me and my family over the years. People should try to use the Matthew 18 principal in the Bible, if there is a valid concern with a person or service go directly to that person directly and try to resolve it. Posting NEGATIVE comments without trying to resolve any issue directly is a poor decision. Dr Forte and her entire team, show up and do the best job they can, I cant ask for anything more than that. While in Las Vegas for business I realized my "sniffles" must be turning to a sinus infection-headache, pressure and all. A friend recommended Dr. Fortes office and I was so grateful they were able to get me in straightaway. I really appreciated Dr. Fortes focus and felt the exam was very thorough. She was able to give me advise to handle the immediate symptoms and an RX to treat the issue. Now if I could just find a doctors office I like this much in my city!

New to the area. Wanted to see Dr. Forte, but she didnt have any availability, so I saw Dr. Gardner. Big mistake! He didnt listen, I had to repeat myself several times. He was suppose to call in a referral for me 3 weeks ago, but I still havent heard back from anyone. I called the referral department several times, but no one will return my calls. Very disappointed.

I have been going to Forte for a year. Thought they were good enough. Then they changed policy. I was told to return in 6 months. Only had 3 month med supply. Have to make appointment to get refills. So I, not knowing of change ordered meds anticipating renewal. By time I learned of change I was out of pills. Appointment was week away. Idiots.

Very disappointing. Over $1300 in blood work and no followup from doctor as promised. They want me to pay another copay to them just to discuss results. Other doctors would either at least call or sent a letter. Very disappoint because now I am out money and still dont know whats wrong with me. Thanks alot.

I am very happy with Dr Forte as my primary doctor. Her ability to manage my complicated medical issues is top of the line. She is very knowledgeable but she does listen too. Sometimes getting a timely appointment is difficult but I know that everyone wants to be seen by the best. I highly recommend her.

This place is terrible lazy staff members who lose paper work and forget to transfer files among many other experiences ive had if i could give this place negative ratings i would i will never go back in my life i hope this place close down

Dana is a great doctor! Very down to earth, she explains everything thoroughly & doesnt rush you. I usually can get an appointment within 2-3 days & the wait time is normally no more than 30 minutes.

Waited for 2 hours in the lobby just to get a print out of my sons immunization records and then we couldnt get them because the person who has access wasnt in the office. Wow. Waste of time.
