Dr. Crownover is a fantastic medical provider. He listens, he addresses all your concerns and he truly cares about you and your conditions. I have many medical problems and our appointments run long, but he will take all the time you need. He does that with every one of his patients. He has saved my quality of life and Im so grateful. Dr. Crownover, Jessica, and the entire staff are very welcoming and make you feel like family and not just a patient. My son had to see Dr. Partridge on a day Dr. Crownover had emergency patients and I was very impressed with him as well. He was kind and treated my son as if he was one of his own patients and not just covering Dr. Crownover. I cant recommend this practice enough. They dont over book appointments because they want to treat people, not just hurry to get you out the door. If you are looking for more personal care, with a very knowledgeable and caring staff, look no further than Treasure Valley and Dr. Crownover.

Are you looking for a great PCP/GP? I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Partridge at Treasure Valley Family Medicine and he is a rare gem. There are actually 2 doctors there and they "offer you the missing ingredient to great health care – comprehensive primary care grounded in a personal relationship." I am here to tell you that it isnt a bunch of lip service. They block out an entire hour for your first appointment. Instead of filling out a bunch of forms they gather your history verbally and ask questions when appropriate. Not once was I cut off mid sentence, not once did I feel like I was a bother and just another patient, and not once was I condescended to. He listened and talked with me and got to know ME! Not only that, but he is very knowledgable and did not brush off MY KNOWLEDGE about my condition. I strongly recommend TVFM!

*MUST READ* If you ever have the opportunity to sit down and discuss your health care needs with Dr. Crownover it will become abundantly clear to you that he is genuinely passionate about what he does and is very detailed in his approach. This office is very clean and inviting, not feeling rushed but also not feeling as if you are going to wait an eternity to see a competent provider. At Treasure Valley Family Medicine you WILL NOT be treated like another number that needs to get shuttled through a system to get on to the next one. As a local health care provider myself I know when I can trust another practitioner with the health of my patients and I am fully trusting of the doctors at this facility. Health is not something to gamble with, if you are looking for providers that you can trust in, your search is over.

I see Dr. Crownover primarily for help with psychiatric medication management. Together, my partner and I have seen ten different professionals over the last four years for help managing mental illness, and Dr. Crownover has provided - by leaps and bounds - the best service we’ve found in the Boise/Meridian area. He has what seems to be a vast knowledge of all different types of medications available, and patiently explains pros and cons (including costs) of each option on the table - leaving the final decision of how to proceed up to me after a thorough conversation about which symptoms are current priorities and the level of assistance I’m seeking. I leave feeling hopeful and empowered, like I have a super-smart detective friend helping me find a solution.

Dr. Partridge is hands down my personal savior. He has listened to everything that I have ever said and taken all of my concerns seriously and fixed them. He has helped me get my life where I needed to be and has given my children a better start in life because he addressed concerns I had about them. This office is the most friendly inviting atmosphere and they know me by name. When I call, they always find a time to get me in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I absolutely love Michaela and Dr. Partridge as a team. They care about me and continue to show it every day. I absolutely love this office! Dr. Crownover and his awesome team couldnt be more caring. Dr. Crownover takes care of all my family from my infant to my elderly parents - all with different medical conditions, so he specializes in literally everything. What I like the most is that they can get me in for an appointment very quickly if needed, always follow up on test results, and if there is an issue Dr. Crownover personally answers my questions on the phone. Oh, they are also super high tech - I can review my test results and can send messages to the doctor via their online portal and get a response within a few hours. Ive never had better or more personal care from a healthcare team. Thank you guys!

I recommend this place to everyone I know. Several friends have started coming here as well. Not only is the building in a great location, it is nice and clean and open. The staff is very welcoming and warm and friendly. They know you personally and really care! And then there is dr Crownover. I have never met a dr like him! He is super knowledgeable and explains this where the patient understands and knows what is going on. He takes the time to ask what is going on in your life and how you are doing. He cares. He doesnt rush in and out. He tries to find different ways to work with the problem going on. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!

Dr. Crownover is a superior doctor, as he does it all, so you dont have to go to 3 or 4 doctors all over town and missing work. He is able to do it all, from lab tests, mental, physical, skin and everything I need. I highly recommend you make him your primary doctor, as you wont need to go anywhere else. Plus, you dont have to pay for a specialist co pay and you get a specialist anyways. I started seeing him and now I am referring the rest of my family to him. He has helped them and they are finally doing better.

Wonderful experience! What a relief to find a medical provider that offers personal, caring, attentive service! The entire staff was amazing, so friendly and efficient. Dr Partridge was fantastic! He really listens to what I have to say and then explains in detail how best to proceed. This is NOT the "assembly line" medicine practiced by the larger groups such as St As where you always feel rushed and never get that personalized service like at TVFM. I highly recommend them for all your medical needs.

We have two amazing doctors who take the time to LISTEN to their patients and educate them on what is going on with their health. Being an independent clinic means we are personally invested in our patient population - from the fabulous nursing staff who take your vitals, history and medication lists to our board certified MDs that go that extra step after clinic hours to complete a prior authorization for a medication your insurance doesnt want to pay for. Family doctors at their finest.

Dr. Partridge is a thorough and precise medical provider who thrives on diagnostic challenges. Short time in the waiting room. Friendly and competent office staff. Painless immunization (TDaP) and lab draws. Good after visit summary. Excellent patient portal online. All around, this is a high level of patient care. I dont like to give 5 stars but this provider and clinic have earned it!
