I dont easily give good reviews, but it has been difficult for me to find such good service at a family doctors office. I have been to Meridian Family Medicine 3 times for my children now. Friendly service from the start. The receptionist always answers my calls and questions attentively(no computer answering service). They really care and are quick to see my kids as soon as possible. They call me back with test results quickly like they say they will. The nursing staff is wonderful, and its a breath of fresh air to finally have a doctor that cares about my kids(Dr Scott Frisby). He has been very attentive to my concerns about my kids and anything they might need. He has been super nice and knows how to talk to kids on their level so they arent scared to get a check-up and tell him how they feel. He is thorough(not just in the examination, but in explaining treatment options and his recommendations too). My kids really like him and the nurses, and thats a big deal. So far, Meridian Family Medicine is the best I have found. I dont even have a recommendation on how they could do better. Theyre great. Thank you Dr Frisby and your excellent nurses!

Dr. Butuk and his staff represent professionalism to a "T". Dr. Butuk takes his time to explain in detail whatever is ailing you and the best way to treat it, answers your questions in laymans terms. He will take all of the information that you give him into consideration for treatment, or continuing care, his staff makes follow up calls to ensure that everything is going well and you are feeling better especially his nurse, Deanne. Deanne is always pleasant, helpful and full of information, in the event that you can not reach Dr. Butuk directly. My prescriptions are always waiting for me at my pharmacy after a visit (or called in and awaiting fulfillment). I have been a patient of Dr. Butuks for well over 12+ years, I have and will continue to recommend family and friends to his office, with confidence. Once again thanks to the whole Meridian Family Medicine staff for your continued efforts in a job well preformed you deserve it and keep up the good work. :-)

A year ago, Dr. Butuk nearly misdiagnosed my husbands colon cancer as hemorrhoids. Had we listened to his advice, it could have killed my husband. If I hadnt insisted on a colonoscopy and instead taken Dr. Butuks prescription for suppositories, my husbands story could have ended very differently. His stage 3 cancer could have progressed to stage 4 before it was ever found - proving to be a fatal mistake on Dr. Butuks part. As an RN who works with colorectal surgeons, I was shocked when Dr. Butuk thought my husbands dark, black, tarry stools were caused by hemorrhoids (rather than the bright red bleeding seen with hemorrhoids). It terrifies me to think that we came so close to missing my husbands colon cancer, a decision that could have resulted in his death. I dont trust Dr. Butuks judgement as a physician and we have taken our care elsewhere.

I have went to numerous doctors throughout my life for a number of problems that were never diagnosed or resolved. It got to a point where I began to believe going to the doctor was a waste of my money. Fortunately some of my medical issues led me to seek help at this facility where I met a Nurse Practitioner that cared to make me feel better and healthier. She ran labs and identified 3 major issues that were clearly taking a toll on my body. I have been on medication since December and with a healthy diet have lost over 50 pounds. I am gaining energy, happiness, and most importantly my life. I dont know where I will be a year from now, but it looks bright! Thank you to Leanna Moser for caring to fix these issues. The medical staff is amazing and incredibly friendly. I always have a positive experience when I come in for appointments.

The first time I went to Meridian Family Medicine....I felt at home. We were visitors last year prior to traveling to Arizona. I met Meredith Mangum then. I was going through a difficult time, readjusting to a new area, retirement, sold our home, the list goes on. Anyway, Meredith "was just what the doctor ordered" she was very compassionate and helped me a lot! Now, we are back here, we live here, and Meredith is our doctor, my husband and I both consider ourselves blessed. The office staff is so warm, welcoming, and inviting. We feel like our extended doctor family coming from Washington state, never missed a beat. We are home, and medically we are covered! Thank you, Meridian Family Medicine! We love you all.

Excellent Family Practice in Meridian... my wife and I have used Meridian Family Medicine for our routine healthcare needs, and I for my DOT Medical checkups, for several years. Their staff is friendly and show genuine concern for your health. We have had nothing but good experiences and sound medical help here, and highly recommend Dr. Butuk and his staff. I have referred several others here for DOT Medicals who might have some health concerns that make obtaining a medical a challenge. Their extended hours make it generally very easy to find an appointment and same day service is often possible. We use them exclusively for our non-emergency health care. Highly recommended!

I read the reviews for this place before i decided to give them a try. I am not sure what happened in my case (considering they are highly rated) but the person that I was seeing messed up more than once. First, she sent me to a completely wrong specialist that had nothing to do with the condition that she thought I had. Its not fun when you have to leave work and waste time for nothing. I then called them and told them that I was sent to the wrong specialist and that I need to reschedule. They said they would call me back and that was the last time i heard from them.

Ive been taking my kids to Meridian Family Medicine for almost 4 years. Dr. Butuk is extremely knowledgeable, open to alternate vaccination schedules, and is excellent with my boys. Anytime Ive needed to pop in for a quick vaccination or my kid needed to be seen that day for an unplanned check-up, Ive always gotten in immediately and on the same day. The nurses and PAs have all been wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. Ive never met someone in the practice that I didnt like. In fact, Ive loved them all! I wont take my family anywhere else!

I have had very positive experiences here with my two young children. Although busy, the front office staff is very kind and helpful both on the phone and in person. They always manage to get my children seen the same day if theres a problem. The back office staff is also extremely nice and great with my children. Scott Frisby is their primary care provider who always takes time and answers questions fully. Weve seen a couple other providers here as well and theyre also great. I am so relieved to have finally found good medical care.

As a first time mom, I was looking for a provider that was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was so grateful to find Meridian Family Medicine to be that provider for me and my daughter. I absolutely LOVE Meredith Mangum. She has such a calming and reassuring way about her. I love how she takes the time to answer all my questions, making me feel that my concerns are important to her.
