Joyce Chang doesnt care about her patients. My first impression of her was negative. She walked in the room didnt really introduce herself. I was a new patient. No smile straight face the entire time. I left her office feeling upset about the whole experience. It was very unprofessional. But we all have our bad days. Maybe she was having one that particular day. The second time was the same. The third time I visit her office was the last straw for me. I came in for my ECHO results. I called and made an appointment a week prior specifically for my results. I got there. They checked me into a room . After having me sit in there for an hour they said they couldnt get the results. I then ask why didnt they check to make sure they had the results before having me check in and not waste my time. Because if the results werent ready I could have reschedule the appointment. Everyone knows how hard it is to take time away from work. So peoples time should be valued. All I got were excuses. I got no apology from Chang. She even had the nerve to charge me $231 for the office visit regardless of service render or not. So I had my primary doctor change soon after. A doctor should care about his/her patience health and time.

Ive been with Dr. Chang for a long time... She has always been very cold towards me and my pain, assuming that I may fake my back/neck/shoulder pain I have had since I was young... I endured physical therapy when I was in 6th grade due to growing pains (one leg was growing faster than the other) and Ive been having pains ever since Im my entire body... My chiropractor knows how much pain I am in on a daily basis as well with x-rays of my straight neck and crooked spine to prove so. The doctor does not care about how you feel or even what you need for your pain... All I really have to say is its a shame she calls herself a doctor... I will fortunately be switching primarys due to an abrupt stop in my treatment and due to her awful behavior towards me in general. Time to find a doctor who actually cares about thier patients and helps them however they possibly can, even if that means refferals to try something new. I wont miss it here at all. Good riddance.

Got Dr. Changs Assistant. She was not very knowledgeable. My husband was not comfortable speaking about private matters with her. She came off a bit inexperienced. She said she was going to speak to the office girls about pricing for bloodwork. Left and never came back. Another girl came in, sat at the computer and said, "Itll be $175". We had to guess she meant for the bloodwork. I asked will it be done here? Very sarcastically she said, "Didnt you eat?" We said yes. She then said again very sarcastically, "I cant give you bloodwork w h en youvery eaten!" I again asked if the bloodwork will be done here at this office? Again very sarcastically she said, "Yes! When I schedule it! I have to schedule it!" My husband looked at me and said lets get the hell out if here. I told her well call her and we left. Definitely not going back. Terrible all the way around. Definitely not professional and extremely disrespectful!

This doctors in vegas a bunch of worthless idiots. Charging for results up to 300 dollars on top of that copay and what the insurance paid, just to get his results, no blood work, no exam, no procedure at all on that day, all the stupid doctor did came in the room just to say that everything came out fine, just open her mouth and left, it was just freaking consult. He did not want to get his result he did not trust them, she and her stupid office told my husband that their wasnt going to be any charges, got a bill for 300.00 dollars. I remember my husband telling me that she was a good doctor and she cares about her patients and that she cared about her reputation but I guess she turn out to be like this other stupid worthless idiots, bunch of loser idiots that go bankrupt because they cannot afford to have a stabilized business.

I went in because my fiancé and I found out I was pregnant and not only did I have to wait a good 30 minutes to be seen when I made an appointment, but the whole visit was pointless. I asked to be referred to an OBGYN after being told there was nothing they could do check up wise, and the referral was on the total opposite side of town. Then when I went to pick up my prenatal prescription they had sent one that had been discontinued!! Now Im still waiting for my prescription and its been two days since my visit. Not only have I called two times to ask her about the new script, but the pharmacy has as well. Word to the wise, dont waste your time unless youd like to be mistreated and disrespected.

Very uncaring. Chang acted like I meant nothing. I came in for alopecia and she pretty much left me with no solution. She sent her assistant in who did her dirty work saying, "Theres nothing we can do." I will not go back to her. I changed doctors immediately after my last appointment. The office is never busy probably because she is not very good with patients. The receptionist wasnt very smart either. She told me Id be getting my steroid shots in my head when I asked her because I wanted to make sure that I didnt drive all the way from Henderson for nothing. I guess she didnt do her job to make sure. Bad team over at Changs.

Careful Her nurse practioner fired client without the legal 30 day warning. Failure to disclose. Refusal to assist in pain management. Failure to disclose or provide medicine or prescription renewal.Gave attorney advise for orthopedic but didnt tell us. You have been warned. Run far far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son went in today for his 9:45am appointment but was made to wait for an hour, then Dr. Chang rushed him through his appointment. She didnt really listen to him, made a quick suggestion and left. She is not a very caring doctor and we will not be back.

I went to see Dr Chang yesterday for a visit. I didnt have to make an appointment of just walked in. The wait was fast, it only took 10 minutes. The staff was nice. Dr Chang was very helpful I always go to her when I need quick care.

The receptionists are horrible, very bad attitude, and always mess up my appointments. Ive told Dr. Chen, but half year past, no change, I guess they just dont care, so I fired them and move to other clinic.

Dr chang does what she needs to..and the nurse prior to seeing her is polite, BUT THE RECEPTIONIST are HORRIBLE!!! Rude no hospitality, lack business receptionist idicatcy...

This facility has been my doctor now for a four year and I am always happy when Im there they are quick and easy proficient and offices are neat and clean
