WOW! That pretty much sums up how our entire family feels about the people at this amazing office. As a nurse myself I couldnt be more impressed. From the friendly voice on the other side of the phone, the convenience of appointment times, and the 1st class treatment we get from Jennifer we are thrilled that our entire family has a new provider. We have lived in North Idaho since 1998 and wish we knew Jennifer before....we have had a few providers but never have my husband or I felt comfortable that we can confide in them. Being able to converse with your provider is detrimental to good health. If you do not tell them everything they cant treat the problem correctly. We feel so differently about Jennifer. She is open, friendly and non-judgmental! My daughter was also very happy with her Sports Physical....as a typical teen she was grateful to not wait long in the waiting room as well as being treated with respect. The one that benefited the most so far is our beloved Thomas. He is an elderly and loves every person in the office. Recently he did not feel well. I got worried and called the office. Jennifer right away offered to make a house visit as to make it easy on him. She showed up (with assistance) and was ready to perform tests and gave him her full attention....all during her (missed) lunch hour! I am looking forward years of excellent care. HORRIBLE!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. First of all they are not even Doctors . They are nurse practitioners. There is a lot of that here I am finding in Idaho.. It is hard to find a real MD. That place is not it for sure. I have never been treated that way by any Dr in my whole life. . . Second they both have terrible attitudes. I MEAN HORRIBLE. Very judgmental. Not friendly at all. Like they are better then you attitudes They did a pee test that cost $2800.00 REALLY? Not exaggerating. They Did not bother to even mention that. And that I would not really have to pay it. The LAB has to try and get money and some people will pay, but you dont have to. How ridiculous is that. I got the bill and almost had a heart attack. They both made me feel like an inconvenience. Jessica and Jennifer Both. Do not go there. I believe they dont know what they are doing anyway. THEY ARE NOT REAL DOCTORS. Find a real MD. I can understand if someone has a bad day , but this was every time I went in there they treated me like that. Im NOT HAPPY at all. I would rather Drive to Seattle 5 hrs away and get treatment then go there again. At least there they have MDs. My advice is STAY AWAY.

Ive spent 14 years working in health care as a sale rep. Needless to say, Ive been in a lot of clinic and visited with a lot of health care professionals. When it comes to choosing a personal provider, I choose this office. Jennifer and Jessica are great. They are smart, well-read and up to date with the latest medical journals (which is not always the case due to lack of time). Both are clinical and combines the best of western and eastern approach, having an integrative and progress, caring about prevention at a high level to avoid treatment. I like that! I want to stay health and happy, functioning at the highest level. The older we get the more important health becomes a priority. Thanks Jen and Jessie for helping me improve my nutritional levels and cardiovascular insight on what I can do now to avoid risk in the future. I have more energy and lost some weight. Despite being resistant to my blood panels, Im glad I got them done. ;)

Both Jennifer and the staff are very helpful and truly concerned about doing things right, not just getting them done. The accommodation starts with prompt and flexible scheduling, continues with a friendly and professional environment, and culminates in caring and detailed medical attention from Jennifer. The environment is further enriched in that health care is not just a profession for Jennifer, but health and wellness/fitness are a passion for her that permeate the office. We appreciate her thoroughness and knowledge, especially with our familys chronic health needs that require teamwork with other specialists. Not every primary care office is willing to take on a complex seizure disorder, even with outside specialists onboard. She didnt hesitate and continues to actively work with us to ensure our sons best health care. She has built a unique practice that emphasizes proactive health choices that fit with each persons lifestyle. She listens, she follows up and she is a respectful mentor about healthy choices. Jennifer Fletcher and her staff are amazing! They are very caring and knowledgeable. Appointments are easily accessible and wait times once you check in are non-existent. They take the time to listen and you are not rushed through your visit like other offices I have been to. My husband hates going to the doctor and has avoided them for years. He went in for a cold and Jennifer was able to convince my husband to get labs, a physical and found that he had skin cancer. I hate to imagine what would have happened if it was left undiagnosed. I would highly recommend Active Family Healthcare to anyone and everyone!

I have been seeing Jennifer Fletcher for several years now and I always feel like my concerns have been addressed when I leave each appointment. Shes professional and caring. Jennifer always takes the time to discuss what my treatment options are and I never feel rushed. The staff is wonderful as well and Im always able to get in quickly, when necessary. This is helpful, so that I dont have to go to an urgent care instead and I am able to continue my healthcare all at one location. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a healthcare provider for your entire family.

Jennifer and all of the staff at Active Family are always so kind and fun to see! Scheduling is super easy and convenient, and they always seem to be able to fit us in for any last-minute visits we need. When Jen moved from Prairie Family over to her own practice, my family was also moving to Spokane. We chose to stick with Jen in Hayden because she is both knowledgeable and caring. Her personal vesting in this company insures that every patient gets the time and attention that they deserve, which is not often the case in bigger practices.
