We agree with the reviews concerning their support staff. The front desk crew have not a clue of how to deal with their clients. They do not acknowledge you when you show up. They point to signing in or to a sign by the window when questions are asked. They schedule you for days your MD is not working and do not call to reschedule. They instruct you to come for a lab draw and let you sit there for two hours just to watch all leave for lunch without telling you that you will not be seen until after lunch.They schedule you for a vaccine they do not offer. They do not follow Prior Authorizations in a timely manner.. You have to call for an update to find out they did not have the paperwork. They lose the medical information you brought in for your file. The phone system although updated in the year we have been with them remains a most frustrating experience. It does not work. Emails have a 50 50 chance of a response. After your visit you are instructed to check out at the same desk. Twice no one was there except the receptionist. When asked if I needed to wait. She said no. When there is someone the woman acts like I am interrupting her routine if I ask questions. Hey I am new and do not know the area let alone their routine. Once in the exam room I am not sure if I am being interviewed by an aide or Nurse. No introduction. .very few questions. ..just typing something into the computer. Rare smile. Not the least bit of interest shown. Zero personality. I am a RN. A new nurse. ..aide was being shown how the clinic worked she was told to take my BP. She carefully wrapped the cuff around my elbow. At no time did her mentor correct the issue. Yes we have expressed our issues on their surveys and voiced our experiences to staff. Dr Lehrner is fine but I am moving on to a more professional group for my medical needs.

Ive lived in Las Vegas for over 10 years and have never been satisfied with the care Ive received from my doctors...until now. I am a patient of Dr. Lehrners and she treats me with the level of professionalism and care that I am accustomed to and, frankly, expect from my physician. Not only is she brilliant, she treats the entire patient - mind and body. Dr. Lehrner has, at every visit, taken the time to speak with me and answer my questions, several of which I didnt even know I had. And when I was ill at ease, she provided comfort and information to allay my angst. Refreshingly, her office is not a factory with long waits and short consults. Everyone Ive been treated or assisted by has always been kind and calm (very important in a healthcare environment) and positive. You can tell that they all enjoy what they do and with whom they do it. Ill be a patient for life!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lehrners for the past 5 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice. Dr. Lehrner is very thorough and has excellent "bedside" manner. She always listens to my concerns and whenever I have had issues, she is very conservative about her approach to solving the problem. She also looks to get to the root of the problem, not simply just treat the symptoms. I have referred countless friends to this practice and will continue to do so. Thank you for being my doctor! I always feel like I am in caring hands!

Love, love Dr. Lehrner and staff! I was overwhelmed with health information from every source imaginable-Dr. Lehrner broke it down, gave me her top two recommendations of best medical and lifestyle choices and helped me decide what felt best for me. Thought I had lost blood work orders, called the office and they let me know the request was sent directly to the lab (which Im sure they had told me at the appt and I forget!)-"Well be happy to get you a copy to take with you just to be sure!". So nice!

she is ok! But it happened the same thing to me I got billed for a regular visit instead of a wellness check up ( the reason of my appointment). Finally they agreed to changed it as a wellness visit . I used to work for a health insurance company and I know how doctors offices send out their bills and sometimes the insurances company does not agreed to pay and thats how the patient ends up paying more.

Absolutely worst service Ive ever seen. I wouldnt go there if I was dieing. She wouldnt help me because I have US benefits as my insurance provider. I had my insurance company on the phone and my insurance company said that they would cover this Doctors office but the very disrespectful lady at the front still said nope.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lehrners for several years. She has gone over and beyond the call of duty to help me with all my medical needs. She listens she finds the answers she never rushes and she treats you as a person. I would recommend Dr. Lehrner to anyone who wants a real down to earth doctor.

The office does not call you back and neither do they answer the phone. I have never none an office to not callyou back or answer the phone. I would not recommend this office.
