I am no longer happy with this provider. He is now managed by well health. They say as a office they can take 24 hours to return a call. They ask you to make request for prescription refill in the office. You cannot ask your pharmacy to send over a request or it will not be filled. It also takes up 72 hours for the doctor to review and process these request. If you need a referral it will take them up to 10 days to process that as well. You cannot call the office directly either so if you get frustrated by this and drive over there the office manager will not be helpful. The doctor is not so rushed he does not even record your session correctly or update your health conditions as needed and as they change. I had been with this provider and happy for 5 years. He is a very smart man and great bedside manner but the way it is now ran is not acceptable.

Garbage. Pure garbage. Called to have them send a perscription over to my new pharmacy, its been over a week now and Im starting to get pissed. First off, if you need something urgent, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Getting an appointment takes about a month and when you do get an appointment often they reschedule because of a "meeting" and on top of all this, his staff are idiots and dont know what theyre doing and they are also VERY rude. So to recap: go somewhere else. The only reason its getting a one star rating is because Dr. Fihn is very nice and thorough but once again he has awful staff that make any visit a living nightmare.

My wife accidentally missed an appointment to receive just lab results and we were charged $40 as a no show. This is the first time either of us have ever missed an appointment with this doctor. When i called the office to inquire about the charge they were rude and in turn lost 2 patients that day over $40. They would have made more money of they would have waived the charges and kept the 2 patients they lost. I could have used an appointment but now I am looking for another doctor.

We love Dr. Fihn and how caring and thorough he is. His staff is courteous and willing to listen. We never feel like just another number. He really spends ample time with his patients trying to get them the help they need. The only downfall is sometimes the wait times can be long because of that. They also work late on Tuesdays, which is great for the days when we cant make it during the normal hours.

The most incompetent, carless and irresponsible Doctor I have ever encountered. If you value your health, stay far away from this Doctor and his spiteful staff. I have deep regrets ever consulting him. I’m changing Doctors after only a few weeks. This Doctor is part of the WellHealth Medical Group and is enabled by Insurance Carriers like Amerigroup.

Dr. FIHN is very thorough and caring. He listens and takes his time to go over all the needs of the patient. He uses a common sense approach. We are pleased with him. We only wish he would not use Wellcare as his answering service. Its hard, and sometimes frustrating trying to get through to his office.

I absolutely hate that I have no direct contact with the doctors office and it takes forever to get an appointment. If you have choice in your healthcare as I do not, I would recommend finding a different doctor.
