I have Christopher Baker, PA as my care-giver under the license of Dr. Allen. I have received excellent care with Baker for the past 17-20 years. I followed him from another practice to this facility. He is caring, thorough, and quite competent. The staff at Dr. Allens office is kind, efficient, and responsive. I do not have to wait long; appointments are timely. My relationship with this practice is very satisfactory and I recommend it to anyone looking for a medical provider. Additionally, I admire and respect their community involvement and support in ways most people do not even realize. Theyre a credit to the profession!

STAY AWAY, Find a different doctors office not over seen by Dr. Sam Lin MD which also includes 81709 Dr Carreon Blvd #C3 Indio, CA 92201. Problems include: Incompetent and unfriendly staff, You are responsible for doing their job which includes processing insurance paper work and coordinating referrals, possible fraud (make an appointment or they wont make a phone call to get results from other doctors). The ultimate source of their problems is greed, they cant say no to new patients which causes a massive work load that they cant keep up with and they can care less.

We have been going to this office for a couple of years now. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We came there originally when Christopher Baker moved to this location, but we stayed because every single staff member has gone above and beyond to help us with appointments, prescriptions, and treatments.
