Very incompetent staff. Dr. Merkin asks all sorts of personal questions and does not stop until she gets her curiosity satisfied. We stopped going to her when she mislead my newly turned adult daughter, by telling her she is not qualified to get her contact lens exams when she was qualified. Then Dr. went on to do only her glasses exam which was not needed. When we contacted our insurance about her behavior, she said she can do the contact exam for additional amount. We did not want to go see her again. Be careful with the older lady assistant, as she can give you misleading information and write down wrong information. They talk sweet on you face, but will not hesitate to mislead you. Doctors previous assistants were much better. I think this doctor needs glasses for herself.
