My mother was transported from St Rose on a Sunday night. I was hoping for a smooth transition and continuity of care, but nobody here seemed to know exactly what medications she was taking and could not continue her schedule of IV antibiotics until the next morning when the pharmacy staff came in. The day nurses run around staying busy, but the night nurses seldom check in on the patients, and if you stroll through the halls after 8pm you can usually see a few of the staff members checking Facebook or playing on their smart phones.

This place is severely understaffed. Most of the staff is amazing there are a few exceptions but unfortunately their lack of training and compassion shadow those that are good. My mother fell four times in five days and their solution to it was to drug her up With pain killers .,,to the point that she didnt knew who she was and we thought there was something wrong with her because she had become mentally altered. We had to get her doctor involved to get her moved to another place ....

if you dont mind a filthy rehab with nurses who dont even know you have to wash their hands before putting gloves on, send them here! They did nothing but neglect my grandfather before he passed away and was sent back to the hospital after going to this place due to infections because of how filthy this disgusting place is. DO. NOT. SEND. YOUR. LOVED. ONE. HERE. UNEXPERIENCED NURSES AND UNCARING DOCTORS. This place should be shut down
