I love Dr. Coy, and he is the only reason why I go to Rainbow Medical. Unfortunately, the staff are not that great and the wait time is atrocious. First off, you make an appointment for a certain time and you are seen one or two hours AFTER that scheduled time. Ive learned to take three or four hours off of work just in case. Also, his nurses are not very well trained. It took one of them ten minutes to take my vitals. One forgot to take my blood pressure and another didnt take it at all! One guy that they hired smells like armpit all the time, too, which is disturbing. If you call the nurses station to ask a question, you always have to leave a voicemail and usually they never EVER call back or answer your question properly if they do. They are rude over the phone, too. I wouldnt recommend this place if it wasnt for that excellent Dr. Coy. I just wish that he would change his entire staff from front area to back.

I would not recommend this practice. It is pretty much a chain and is now Fremont Medical Center. They recently billed my insurance and changed the doctor name to increase the copay-, sent me bills for items already paid--six months ago! Moreover, the general quality of medical services is poor. For example, I recently hurt myself, and was told to get a CAT scan (expensive) when the first option is normally an X-ray. Dont waste your money or your faimily.

I just waited 48 minutes on hold to get an appointment and they hung up on me . I had called a week earlier and gave up after being on hold for 20 min. not sure if its the time of year or what, but this is outrageous. I like the doctor that usually sees me but this is just crazy.

I Absolutely Love Dr. Bui. He addresses all needs every visit and whatever else he sees going on , however the wait time in this facility is Ridiculous.........!
