Heather Harris is an excellent Nurse Practitioner. Unfortunately her excellence is tainted by the staff in their office. They were supposed to send over a scrip for me, never happened, they also charged me for wellness visits which are supposed to be at no charge, they rarely answer their phones and when put on hold, I have to call back because theyll put me on hold and never pick back up. I even told them one day I was on hold for 20 minutes, the girl said nobody told me. Dont they have flashing buttons? I even went to do fasting blood work one morning, due at work at 8:30am, I figured Id show up nice and early and get it done, sat in waiting room for over 3 hrs, no coffee, nothing to eat or drink since the night before. I asked what was taking so long as I needed to be at work and was also hungry and thirsty, the lady said same with everyone else here, you get in when you get in. I always have to wait a minimum of 30-60 minutes when I arrive with an appointment. I literally plan on half a day just to ask for a referral. Heather cares about my health and does a great job each and ever time I see her, but the staff seem like they could care less and rarely do their jobs at all. They arent very friendly either, not when I call or go in to the office. The medical center gets a 2, Heather gets a 5. If Heather wasnt there, Id give them a 1.

I mostly deal with NP Jessica Lucero, and she is a wonderful medical professional. She is caring, thorough, intelligent, experienced, and has excellent communication skills. It has been a huge relief to find someone so excellent for my GP. As far as Sundance Medical, it is often hard for me to get them on the phone as they are very busy. It has been impossible for me to see them on any short notice, I always have to book an appt for 5-7 days out or more. When I get there the staff is reasonably friendly, and moderately helpful, and I do not wait long to be called in. Overall I would say they have some excellent medical professionals working there, and if you can afford to wait behind many other patients to get seen then this is a satisfactory preferred care provider. Based on the level of care I receive here, I do not at all want to waste time looking for another facility, when most out there are simply bad.

Made an appointment last minute. Hey cool they had an appointment! Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute beyond our control. They still wanted to charge us $25 to cancel and refused to do anything about it and had a real screw you tuff garbage attitude about it too. Called again to speak to someone in charge and she too didnt want to hear it. Well obviously now Im ticked off about it. Never again will I use these people. Take your communist policy and cram it. Ill bet that appointment wouldnt have been on time anyways since they never are on time. They always overbook. 9am means 1030 am. Worst office for waiting ever. Too bad heather Harris is great. Rest of the office is crap.

I cant speak on behalf of the doctors but I see Nurse Practitioner Jessica Lucero and she is fantastic. She takes her time explaining things and is genuinely concerned with your well being. Ive never waited very long there at all, maybe 15-20 minutes at the most. I think the availability is a little better with the NPs. I havent had a problem with the staff either really but Im at my appts when Im supposed to be. I dont have any serious medical conditions so I am perfectly find with her. She is actually better than any dr Ive had.

This place is a joke. Its the most disorganized doctors office Ive been to. It took my wife forever to get a referral for a dermatologist. She had to keep going back and forth, and calling over and over. She still hasnt seen the doctor. Medical assistants dont answer calls or return them. We are switching primary care physicians. Dr. Peters just wants to get you in and out asap. He doesnt take them time to get to know you. We do not recommend him or Sundance medical. Quest diagnostics is okay though.

I started taking my Grandmother there 5 years ago and when I was looking for a new family doctor I decided on Heather Harris at Sundance Medical. She listens and give feedback. While you might wait long if you do an afternoon appointment, it is worth the wait because she will take her time with you. They do over book, so I strongly suggest a morning appointment. They also do blood draw there, so it is a one stop if you need any testing done.

Very excellent staff and very nice people to work with. I have been going there for almost 2 years now and have never had an issue. They actually make it enjoyable to go there. Still going here and seeing Dr. Striblen and Heather, awesome bunch of people here so friendly and they take care of you fast.

This doctor office is the most efficient doctor visit I ever had. In less than 15 mins I was able to see the doctor and get checked. Dr. Peters is an intellectual kind of doctor. He is compassionate and his proactive approach impressed me. Thanks Dr. Peters.

Ive been there twice. The last one just recently. I was supposed to get my medicine sent to the pharmacy...that never happened. Ive had to wait one full work week because I work really early to late and until now I still dont have it because its closed
