I went to this office because I was told they took my Eye Med insurance when I made they appointment. I was also told they took my insurance prior to entering the exam room and that all I would need was a $10 co-pay. After my appointment, I was told they didnt take my insurance! My primary insurance covered it but I was told I was responsible for the contact fitting, ridiculous. I was there for almost two hours, most of it spent waiting. Never going back and will make sure to share my experience with others.

Overall great place to get contacts and eyeglasses. Even with my wide head that require XL glasses they had few that I was able to pick from. Doctors have been friendly and the order/reminder is always on time. One thing I can suggest, replace the carpet. It smells very musty and old inside that sometimes it bothers my nose (mold?). Its really the only thing I dont look forward to when I have to stop by to get new contacts.

Just tried to make an appt, wouldnt make an appt for more than one family member on the same day....because "policy"..."if people dont show up we have a big hole in our schedule." Oh, Im sorry, BUT IM not making two separate trips, MY time is important TOO!! I guess my money isnt green enough for you! Piss poor policy. I will take my green money elsewhere!
