I dont even know where to begin with the gift of Network care, especially when undergoing the amazing job of growing another human!! I have two children and was under Dr. Debs care for both pregnancies. Even prior to that, we struggled with conceiving and network care provided a great support both physically and emotionally during that time. Your body undergoes so many changes when pregnant, from fatigue to aches and pains and hormonal changes. As a migraine sufferer for many years, I was already undergoing care, which had drastically improved my migraine frequency. The added benefits of realigning with all the rigors of pregnancy were invaluable. My favorite memory of care while pregnant was near the end of my pregnancy with my son when Dr. Deb entrained him IN THE WOMB! Yes! It was so amazing and such an unforgettable experience. I could feel my little boy adjusting and stretching in response and it was such an incredible gift. Both my kids have also had the benefit of undergoing care shortly after birth as well. The birthing process is jarring to say the least on their little bodies and the benefits after birth for the baby are visible and immediate. My son suffered from colic and had a lot of tummy troubles. Almost immediately after having an entrainment hed be noticeably improved. My daughter, had some minor breathing issues after birth and her breathing would be noticeably improved after a session. When pregnant, I would feel relief from my aching back, swollen ankles and exhaustion. Network care is really a gift and there is no better time to take care of yourself than when your doing the hard work of bringing a new life into the world.

I have no words for how grateful I am for Dr. Deb and Dr. Loren! They have changed my life in so many ways! First off, Network Chiropractic Care is different than typical chiropractic care that you are probably familiar with. There is no cracking involved, instead they use gentle and precise touches to the spine to cue the brain and nervous system to work together and create new wellness promoting strategies. I originally came to Dr. Deb because I had headaches that would last weeks at a time. When she said she could help I was very skeptical because I had been to many doctors before and they were only able to provide temporary relief. After a few visits my headaches virtually disappeared, and I finally understand why I was getting them in the first place! My anxiety has also significantly decreased and the best part is I understand it, where its coming from, why my body reacts the way it does, and how to feel "OK" about it. I am very lucky to have become apart of the Wellspring community, it has changed my life for the better. I now have my mom, dad, niece, and husband coming here. When something works you want to share it with everyone!

Many years I have had joint, muscle, and emotional pain. I tried many different ways with no helpful results, to alleviate the pain. I was in desperate need of a change, when I entered Wellspring for the first time, I felt an immediate sense of calm. Something in my life was about to change, and instinctively I knew that this would be the place to help facilitate that healing process. After receiving care here for a couple of months now, my quality of life has improved drastically. My pain and muscle tension has been substantially reduced. As a result of this, I have been able to process my emotions that I carry in my body and truly begin to heal. The team at Wellspring truly supports and encourages the healing process and are incredibly understanding of where individuals are at. Professional and respectful they always maintain high standards of excellence. I am eternally grateful for all of the care I have received, as well as the peace of mind I have gained. I have been to many "conventional" chiropractors in that last 20 years for an assortment of pains mostly from skiing and cycling accidents. I would get temporary relief for a day or two and then it was back just the same, along with vicious headaches that would seem endless. I found this place because a girl I was interested in started going there and wouldnt stop raving about it. Dr. Deb has changed my life. Instead of putting a band aid on my pain, she is altering how my body has learned to communicate internally to deal with my pain and re-establishing connections long lost. My body feels more connected, I am more aware of how my body functioning, my posture is improving without consciously trying, and most important to me is my headaches are gone. I started Network Care knowing very little about it but was fighting low energy as a mother of 3 grade school age kids. In one month, my whole quality of life has changed. I feel more energy to enjoy my kids, more joy for life, better able to adapt to everything life throws at me.
