I am owned by two very sweet little dogs. They are 8 years old (brother and sister from same litter) they are funny and sweet as can be. Sadly they have been having health problems,one with food alergys( skin problems) and one with a delicate belly ( dieguestive issues) Lucky for them (and me) we have been treated by Dr Brad, Dr Emily, and the Vet Techs Cindy and Janet,and Jane with the prefect combonation of knowledge,skill and the kindness our pets are in need of. Today I had to take on of the "hooligans" to the vets. She was not feeling well at all. I called this am and Cindy made it works so they were able to see her today. Janet took the detailed notes for Dr Brad and lead us into the clean examnation room ( they the place neat and clean,no easy task ) Dr Brad was able take great care of my little buddy and made us both feel better. We have been very happy with Dr Emily also. This afternoon when i said we were going to see Dr. Brad or Dr Emily she jumped into my arms knowing she was going to feel better. I am glad the pups get such great care when needed. Thanks you all for all you do~ Mr Wags & Cozy

Dr. Brad Barnes and his office team are about as professional as you can get in my book. I have used top veterinary specialists on both coasts for my German Shepherds, and I would rate Dr. Barnes as one of the very, very best. He is a skilled surgeon (he did my dogs knee replacement), informed, up to speed on the latest drugs and procedures and CAREFUL as the day is long! In response to an earlier review, "is Edgefield the cheapest clinic in town," probably not. But I have always found their fees to be more than fair especially when considering the level of expertise they offer. Overall, Edgefield is invaluable resource!

Dr. Barnes, both a veterinary chiropractor and DVM, is a spot on vet that knows his stuff. In fact, all of the vets and staff in this clinic are knowledgeable, caring and professional. As a dog breeder, trainer and kennel owner, I have used Edgefield during regular business hours and for emergency care. Each time the level of expertise and service provided is the same--top notch.

We have used is that for many years never truly had many problems with them up until very recently. They did bloodwork without authorization when we told them to remove it from the bill they would not and yet they could provide no proof that it was authorized. Because of this my family will never take our dogs to this place again.
