I had a horrible experience here. My cat has a bad leg looks like its broken with crooked paw she wont put any weight on. The vet told me she doesnt see anything abnormal that was about 10 days ago and she is still limping and unable to use her front leg. They gave me a quote of 575 dollars to do an xray. I called 1 other vet and they told me it will be 175 for the xray. And the vet tripped on my cat almost stepping on her injuring her further. I requested to have an exam by another dr and they denied my request. They do not care about your animal here they just want u in an out and to pay up. Now im in the process of scheduling an appointmeng with another vet even tho i cant afford it. Thanks for nothing methuen vet.

Ive been taking my pets there for several years, on recommendation of a relative. I have been extremely pleased with the care my pets receive and the caring they give to me also. There isnt much staff turnover, so I get to see the same doctors and staff, and they treat us like family. Everyone is very friendly, and you can tell they love what they do. They go above and beyond with follow up calls, and the doctors return my calls, even after hours. When my pet was sent to a specialist for care, they still kept up with what was going on, answered my questions, and helped me make decisions. I strongly recommend you give them a try.

I dont usually write reviews but when I saw the review by Myles Tripp I was motivated to respond. Ive been a client of theirs since the early 90s and Ive never had anything but acceptional care for my pets. His Claims are baseless and I have never recieved anything but outstanding service and never been over charged. They love animals there and they treat all of mine as If they were their own.

I have been going to the Methuen Veterinary clinic since 1987 ,they have taken care of several of my pets over the years. I like all the doctors equally and there has been times that they even gave me a small discount because I have multiple pets.

Staff is great, they quickly and correctly diagnosed my dog with Lyme Disease, getting her the treatment she needed and back to her normal self. We used to bring our cats here as well, will keep going to them as long as we have pets.
