My family has used this location for 6 years and I think they lack a commitment to service. My biggest complaint is scheduling. Every time I have called to make an appointment to see a physician their availability is 1 time slot on 1 day and they are always prompt to instruct me to go to Barrington Urgent Care. Almost like they dont want to be bothered with having a patient come in. Needless to say, Dr. Asch is no longer my primary care physician. While scheduling is a great frustration, it was his lack of attention 4 years ago that made me change. I went in with a whoosing in my ear & was told it was a virus. For months I called with concerns about my head & wanted an appt & was told to go to Barrington or my nearest Emergency Room. I wouldnt need to pay the ER fee if I could get an appt with me Primary Care Physician! After the same game for 5 mos I decided to go to an ER while in Nashua. I ended up emergency transported to Beth Israel in Boston on the verge of a brain hemorraghe!! Other members of family still have them as Primary Care & the scheduling game continues! Time to make a change completely.

Used to see Dr. Renner, but missed my appointment due to work, and it takes a few months to reschedule. She also wont refill any prescriptions if you miss your appointment, so youll be left going without it (even after calling and leaving two messages) until you have your next appointment, or in my case, find a better provider. Dont bother.

I see Dr. Asch and he is very helpful. The environment is very friendly. Dr. Asch is the kinda person that you can talk about anything and not feel weird or awkward about it. He is very funny and keeps you laughing the whole time. Definitely recommend.

I love my Doctor at Family Care of Somersworth, she is a kind and caring doctor and I am lucky to have her! She treats my entire family! I have always found the staff to be kind and courteous and they always fit me in when I have an emergency!

Havent even stepped foot in the door. Been trying for over a month just to schedule a damn appointment. No impressed so far.
