PATEL HAPPY

Ok.. Truly speaking.. I took appointment 1 week before so that I dont have to wait for the doctor... When i reach there, receptionist ask for license and insurance card then gave me form to fill out. I finished that and then I waited for more than half hour. Then I asked receptionist that how long it will take because I had an appointment at 12:30 she replied that there is one more patient ahead of you. She did not even smile or apologize for once, in fact she was not happy that Im asking her this question I think.. But when i met doctor, he changed my mind. He is very nice and give their patients enough time. He will listen and then reply very nicely. Caring doctor. Im giving 3 stars because of the appointment issue only .

I used to love this doctor and was his patient for the past 3 years. Called for an urgent appointment and they said - he is booked for 4 days. I understand doctors seem to be busy during Flu season but he should take in patients coming with an emergency. Similar incidence happened with my husband once. Both of us changed to Dr Pankaj Patel on the Oak Tree road. Im giving 2 stars because the doctor is really nice but the front office staff is absurd. Ugh wish we never had to deal with such people.

Dr. Hitesh Patel and his entire staff at the Wellness Center are absolutely amazing! He has been my doctor for over ten years and once I began seeing him, my younger brother switched to him and eventually the rest of my family did as well. Dr. Patels office is always busy because he is a great doctor who is personable, knows many languages and has low rates in an attempt to give back to the community--those who dont have the luxury of affording health insurance. Hell be my doctor till the end!!

I love this Dr. He is patient, compassionate, nonjudgmental and he takes his time listening to you. He knows what hes doing. Hes always diagnosed correctly. If I need to see him the staff always accommodates. From the front desk staff to the nurse, they are friendly and caring without the abruptness and put you on hold attitude most offices have. He is the best Dr. I have ever had. The office may not be posh but If I was dying, this would be the doctor I would want to care for me.

Well i will be talking in behalf of my mother. The doctor is very very slow. After you get an appointment you have to wait at least an hour being called up. The staff is real problem here, if it werent for the staff everything would be solved(i think).

Amazing Dr. hands down very attentive, caring, actually takes time and listens to what we have to say. I must say the wait time is long and to get and appointment is hard sometimes because hes always booked but its worth it.

Excellent doctor, but he is always busy. You have to wait for minimum of 30 to 40 minutes, even after you take an appointment. Apart from doctor, everything else is ordinary. But Doctor Hitesh is very good.
