Today is the last straw with the staff. No less that six times have they failed to renew my meds with Medco (perscription fullfillment service) in the last three years. They even accused me of lying when I left messages about renewing medicine. Said I never left one! This time it has been 12 days and still no call to renew my meds. Three days with a migraine and no help from them. If you need medication better get some from local source because you can be sure they will screw up the call in.

I agree with the other review from 2 years before this review. Staff is horrible when it comes to renewing medications. I often have to call several times. When that fails, I drive to the office. Then then look at you like your the one thats crazy. Im considering changing doctors for this reason. Sad, to ditch a great doctor because his office staff cant do their simple jobs. Less chatting in the office ladies, and more work!!!

Dr. Gibbions is fantastic. He is easy-going, honest, and fun to interact with, Ive gone to him for years and cant recommend him enough. Some doctors can be very scattered or have poor bedside manner, but Gibbions is a keeper.
