The worst doctors office Ive experienced. The receptionists are rude and place you on lengthy holds then hang up on you. The receptionist usually has an attitude and shows careless behavior in waiting room. Receptionists are on their personal phones texting and talking while you are waiting for your appointment or being placed on "a brief hold". If you are expecting good service from a health care professional I do NOT recommend going to Charles A Joseph, M.D. at 340 speedwell ave, Morris plains.
