I have nothing but love & respect for CLVH!!! While Ive been with them since the start when Dr. Wray (dude speaks cat!) & Dr. Greco (I miss him & hope hes still gardening) started this veterinary hospital built on their love of animals, Ive seen CLVH grow into something wonderful over time, esp. when Dr. Gruber came on too. No matter what ailments or issues with my critters come up, they are always there to help & to reassure. Over the years with the additions of the newer vets, (Ive got mad respect for Dr. Wineburgh; dude is super smart!) & most recently with Dr. & Mrs. Rubincam (both are really good people), along with the vet techs & office staff, CLVH has become a model veterinary clinic with a "small town feel" where they all care about your pets & even the occasional "wild" critter. You can tell by the customers in the waiting room that people who want the best care for their pets seek them out. In todays crazy world, where the corporate, "just take a number & wait" mentality seemingly has taken over veterinary care, its refreshing to know that CLVH isnt like that & retains the foundation of the love of animals it was built on. :) Im especially thankful for all the fantastic care my animals get & appreciate the friendliness of the staff, vet techs & ALL of the vets too. Its nice to know that their "Paw It Forward" program has helped so many animals & their people in what could be especially bleak times. Honestly, I dont think there are enough words to express my thankfulness for CLVH, we & our critters give them 4 paws up!!! >^._.^<-my name is Furrrnando Caballo & I approve of this message!

We love Chews landing VH. I had Dr. Wray as my Vet when he was at Clementon Animal Hospital and followed him to CLVH when he went and built his own practice. He is one of the best vets we have ever had along with Dr. Gruber. I saw him when he had his practice in that tiny little brick building in Clementon. They actually saved my little Yorkies life. He had a heat stroke and we had just moved to Williamstown and they did a great job. So I just have to say I was a little upset when Dr. Wray told me that he had sold his practice. I was speechless, out right surprised. I never thought that would happen, I thought after he did all that work and built that from the ground up & finally opened that he would never sell, but he sure surprised us. Now he is there 1 day a week, doesnt do any surgeries and we have to learn to trust a new vet to do all that Dr. Wray did for us. He is wonderful with pets, you can tell that he truly loves what he does, that is why we were so surprised when he sold. I hope he is happy being almost retired. We have seen the new owner once, it will take time to get use to a new owner. We have had time to get use to Dr. Weinburg while Dr. Wray still owned the practice, so we really like him a lot and he knows that we will do everything possible for our pets, they are our children and always come first. Well I can say that CLVH is a wonderful practice and I trust them with all of my pets. I have had 2 diabetics, 3 bushings disease, 2 torn acls, 1 thyroid, 2 cancer, I think that is enough for now. I recommend that anyone should come in and visit them, they are wonderful. Happy Holidays

We have been shopping around for vets for a while, our last vet was extremely expensive and the other was just too far and didnt provide the best service. We stumbled upon Chews Landing by accident because we had an emergency with our dog. ( He had a growth on his leg that started oozing) They took us in the same day no questions asked. They talked about the options on what we could do. Our previous vet already talked to us about removing it and quoting us thousands of dollars. We simply couldnt afford it at the time and since the growth wasnt a bother at the time, we decided to wait and save. Fast forward to now, and we couldnt wait any longer. Preparing for the massive vet bill, preparing to charge thousands for Mashs surgery, only to be quoted more than half the cost of what the previous vet quoted. It was something affordable right than and there. We scheduled for surgery the next week. Our poor Mash is still recovering, but doing well. All thanks to this Amazing Veterinary Hospital for making my vets not only affordable, but desirable. The staff have been absolutely amazing to our family. I just wish we found them sooner. Thank you from the bottom of my families heart Chews Landing Staff, you have made veterinary care for our furry family such a positive experience.

Prior to visiting Chews Landing Veterinary Hospital, my wife and I took our 10 week old Miniature Aussie Doodle to Sterling Veterinary Associates, to get his necessary shots and to get a good bill of health. Thats were it went down hill. The Sterling Veterinary nurse told us we should not have bought a puppy from a puppy mill and I no we didnt. Then the doctor gave him his shots and worm medicine and as I ask some questions about our Aussie Doodle he said he never heard of one prior to us! It was a very different story with Chews Landing Veterinary Hospital. We walked in the office one day to ask if they ever treated a Miniature Aussie Doodle and with a very warm reception, the girls started asking us questions. Then one of the Docs. herd us talking and chimed right in. They all agreed that Doctor Weinburg would be the one for us to see. Doctor Weinburg not only new the dog, he sat down on the floor with the dog and interacted with him like it was his own dog. He gave us the right worm medicine, checked him all over and even neutered him and implanted his chip. He was very interactive with our dog and very informative. He is definitely the best! Lets start off by saying , over the years I have had many pets and have dealt with some vets. Just recently my 13 year old min pin became sick. I have to tell you honestly she had never been sick before other then having some teeth removed. So, therefore I had no need for a vet other then to get her rabies shot because I am not a fan of all the other shots that are recommended. My daughter found this vets office to have the best reviews so an appointment was made, I am elated with the entire results of this visit for Bella. The staff was friendly and the doctor did a therough exam. I have to say that I immediately knew I would return if she needed them again. I also thought that they were reasonable, unlike other places you would need to remortgage just to pay for the exam. Oh, and I would like to add that other then them running a test on her fecal which was important in her case they didnt ask to run a slew of other unnecessary tests like others do. I am long winded but I sure am a happy camper to have found this vet. Thanks so much.
