I had a concern about a growth on the outside of my bicep and chose to see Dr. Hong. He removed it and did not secure the incision, within 24 hours the wound was wide open (about the size of a dime). I returned for care the next morning and he put a butterfly on it and told me we should just leave any other "concerns" alone. I now have this "divot" of a scar on the outside of my arm because of his insufficient care.

I saw Dr. Hong multiple times in his clinic. He is always in a hurry. Maybe hell stay, the longest is 3 mins. to see his patients. I would say, I am not satisfied the way he took care of me. He doesnt do anything to solve the problem. My insurance doesnt want to cover the medication he prescribed but he didnt do anything to replace it. What a waste of time and money.

My oldest daughter saw Dr Hong some years past. He diagnosed her with hot-comb-alopecia. She was later diagnosed with cancer. Hair does not fall out from the root because of overuse of the hot-comb; it snaps. And she did not and does not use the hot comb.
